Good food but bad service..Dirty glass and utensils.Waitress didn't even bring clean ones when asked..food brought and then nothing after,didn't ask if we wanted refill on drinks or ask how the food was ...had to finally go up and ask for bill..won't go back .waitress ignored us after food was brought.
Best bacon cheese burger EVER!!! Ordered via skip the dishes to VGH … decided to order a second night it was SO DELICIOUS! Thank you so much for delicious food after having a baby at the hospital was a meal I’ll remember forever!!!Our sides were French fries and coleslaw, they went above and beyond with dips and and condiments!
Waitresses was very good and very good when i pointed out that my pasta was undercooked. The manager however chose to tell to ask for my pasta to be cooked next time. There won't be a next time!
Didn't know what to have and our server made excellent suggestions. Service great, food decent.
We have only ever used DoorDash to order from White Spot, but it is our favorite place to order from. Best milkshakes we’ve found in the area. I appreciate being able to order the club sandwich with sourdough bread. They have such a wide variety of different types of food everyone in the family can find something they like.
Restaurant was very clean I've always had OK service at whit Spot but this was more much MORE than I expected. I didn't know where else to go so gave White Spot another chance I'm glad I did. The server was very friendly and bubbly. Made a Sad time bearable. Thank you White Spot I wished I remembered the server's name.

Server wasn't busy and provided less than good service. What's worse? Standing by our table (at entrance to kitchen), overlooking her tables, looking constantly at her watch while dirty plates stayed on our table. The young host went completely silent when I complained. Food was decent. Oddly enough, this review would be a five if management were able to resolve complaints. Probably one of 'those days', we're all human. Won't stop me from going back.
Ordered dinner for 4 and the person on the phone said the meals have 2 sides you can order. Fries, sweet potatoe fires, onion rings, zucchini sticks or ceasar salad. I then order fries and zucchini sticks for all 4 meals. She didn't give me a total over the phone. My wife picks it up and thinking and when she gets back to the car we check the receipt and we got charged 3$ for each side of zucchini sticks ( there's also 13 zucchini sticks in each box) if i had none this i would have ordered i box as an extra for my family to share. I wasn't expecting it to not be included in the price as the person explained it as being included with the meal. Apparently which wasn't explained is that fires and salad are included and the other sides you pay for.i found this out after I called the manager. A bit frustrated because if I had to pay for 4 boxes of zucchini sticks I should have received our salads like the manager explained thats what come with each meal. He later offered me 10$ gift card to be sent to my house.....I mean I paid 12$ for zucchini sticks.....the meals don't even come with drinks. And I drove to pick this up but this manage offeres me 10$.......could at least offered a bit more .Saff is a bit unknowledgeable with how the menu works.
Went here last week. Excellent service. Great covid protocols. The food was hot, fresh and better than the white spot I normally go to.
