Awful drive through. Took five tries to order a coffee, a brand muffin, a honey cruller and another doughnut. They had almost nothing, not even timbits, neither did they actually know WHAT they actually had. Like pulling teeth.Finally got to the window and it was like take your kids to work day, but the parents buggered off and got drunk. One girl was slowly stacking cheese slices a half a foot high at about one per second, staring blankly ahead. A second was doing even less, turning left and right while standing in the middle of the workspace, and a young man was frantically trying to cover for the others. I saw no real adults behind the counter, I think the average age was 17, max.Waited 4 minutes (timed) until my wife yelled into the window. Until then, neither girl even gave the window eye contact, only the boy responded.Paid, young man apologized, got order. Aaaand they got a doughnut wrong.It's been getting steadily worse there, but honestly I don't know why I'd ever go back here. Date and time was about 9pm June 13th.

I order for take out around 4:30 am. This gentleman was handling driver thru as well as walk ins all by himself. I know the feeling of being short staffed but Tyson did pretty awesome job on making my food as well as on customer service!!! Great job Tyson, keep it up brother…:)

It was nice to have a place to rest my weary bones. Plenty of seating. Staff is friendly and its not too loud in the store. Store maybe needs the fireplace and comfy chair update (unless its around the corner and i don't see it). Coffee tastes like Tims, just as I'd expect.

I just want to say that, the lady that takes the orders, KAT, was amazing, she was so polite and just plain nice. She just made everyone in the line-up smile. Thank you kat for making my evening great.

They had a dual drive thru but only 1 side was open for a while. Once the other side opened the line moved well. The person taking the order was lovely! And the food and drinks were great.

I went their yesterday and ordered 3 cups of chai tea latte with no vanilla syrup and 3 hashbrowns.Hashbrowns were hard as rock and they told me it was fresh. But was not. They said we can offer potatoe wedges and I asked how old are the wedged and they had no idea about it. They said we can process the refund. There was another associate working who came and said we have processed your refund. And can't do anything as refund has been processed and left money on the counter of drive through. I asked him to call manager and he mentioned he is the manager.The way he serviced was so rude and he gave a strange look and ignored and left the place. He did not wanted to listen and passed racial comment.Why was that I being brown or my family being brown ? Was that a crime.Name starts with letter J.

Consistently terrible customer service. I ordered two items then watched as 8 people wandered around behind the counter, not doing much of anything. Waited 5 minutes only to have an employee tell me I only ordered one item, which was not true as I had my proof of purchase. Then had her and the manager(?) arguing over what to give me. They were also out of the containers for the potato wedges so I was given half the normal amount in a cup. I said to the manager (?) that their organization sucked and he told me not to come back. Noted.

There were SIX girls in the back..I think 2 were doing take out...I friend was 3rd in line. The person in front ordered a coffee. Girl behind the counter said it had to brew they were out...(it's a coffee shop) He ordered a hot chocolate with whipped cream. We has to wait until the coffee was brewed and they were served. Then the person behind us was served coffee. The procedure took FIFTEEN MINUTES FOR A HOT CHOCOLATE. I complained why we had to wait until the coffee brewed. Then she served it with NO WHIPPED CREAM..Then I said it took FIFTEEN MINUTES with 3 people in line to get a hot chocolate. She told me to come closer so she could POUR IT ALL OVER ME..WOW..

They gave me a completely black sandwich the entire thing was burned!! I had to return to the store wait in line again to get my food I paid for so that it was even edible. Unacceptable they would just wrap it up when rhe entire bun was black then give it to me in a bag hidden. So when I got home and opened everything I was shocked. Customer service was bad and there is no order in there, staff doesn't help ppl in line that are blocking elderly ppl from exiting the building. Staff just doesn't care there

Awesome food, awesome staff!! Tyson at the front desk is such a wicked guy. Always has a smile on his face and a good attitude.great guy, and never hesitates to crack a joke and put a smile on my face. He's the highlight of my morning routine, which is usually just a double double, unless hes working. Great food and great service. I love this location!!!
