Medium Freshly Brewed Iced Tea Quencher, taste like water
They have good iced caps but take awhile especially with Mobil orders and they panini pressed a cheese tea bagley when we asked for it toasted and added quote alot of butter but better than some places!
Not much to report. Trying to do roll up the rim with the new app and my old card and did not manage. Coffee and timbits consistent.
the staff is always so lovely even though I am always too tired to function properly when I visit and I hope they all have a wonderful day they deserve the best
Use web app and get service instantly, always have my food ready when I walk in to pick it up it is zero wait and after a few weeks I get recognized walking inso they don't even have to ask they just pass me my order and whoosh I am outta there. :)
Awful service on multiple occasions. The manager rolled her eyes when I asked for a drink tray then didn't put the drinks in it when I asked her because my hands were full. she shook her head and walked away. What kind of service is that. The food was disgusting as in the sauce (hot sauce) was all in the bottom of the food item I have had that wrap before for elsewhere and it was amazing . I have order on the app with 15 mins advanced notice and still had to wait an additional 10 mins on arrival becuase they ran out of coffee I ordered 15 minutes in advance because I was in a hurry to get to work not sit around and wait for them to figure out how to make coffee. If you are going to act like the customer is a burden in your day you are in the wrong industry . I don't ever write reviews but after today I have no other recourse but to lay out what I have been dealing with over the last 6 months with this terrible franchise . I have never seen a more incompetent team working at tims . I love tims I get it every day just no longer at this location. I will go back to the ravine way location even though its out of my way Id rather spend the extra time to have a decent interaction and food that is edible.
I bought four bags of ground coffee and shipped them to my friends over sea. And apparently two were already expired at time of purchase. I didn't verify expiry date, but it is the locations responsibility to not sell expired product!
I always have really great experiences at this location. The steeped tea is always perfect, which I routinely have problems with at other locations. They are fairly fast, efficient, and friendly as well. I don't recommend going right before the high school students start class or afterwards as it gets quite busy, but that is in no way the staffs fault and they handle the rushes beautifully!
I am finally fed up with this location. The new hires are trained poorly...not their fault. Three times I have had food order messed up where they forget things or I am left waiting for a drink and have to remind them. The team that I was there 2020 and earlier worked well together. I would blame poor training and communication skills between team members. You might be short staffed but don't sacrifice quality for speed. That's where you screw up. Sorry...just missed my hash brown this morning.
I posted a mobile order at around 8:30 this morning and thought I had enough time to get to class. We waited almost 20 minutes just to hear that our order hadn’t even been started yet. They are quite unorganized when it comes to getting orders out and even making the food. They walk around like they are a sleep half the time. Tastes good but definitely not worth the 20 min wait.
