The staff deserve five stars for the horrible customers they have to deal with. The donuts and drinks are what you would expect from Tim Hortons, but I still really like the ice caps. 5/5 for the underpaid hard working staff.
staffs doesn't know how to order with Tim reward，I order in the store and just activated 1 coupon for chicken wrap，after scanned it ，it doesn't applied，their system problem（because their staff and manager all see the coupon in my app that I activated，but their manager doesn't solve problem，ask me pay without rewards. He said he didn't see my coupon. Ask me find customer service？？？？So what's your manager responsibility？？？？If u say that‘s the problem with your machine，no problem，but really wired service………
The prices were lower than expected. The bagels were beyond fresh and the coffee was delicious! 4 stars only because of the wait between ordering and receiving our food.
the service was quite slow and the workers didn’t seem to be attentive to mobile orders. Considering how many tourists are in the area, Tim Hortons needs to step up the quality.
Nice place, good prices and nice staff, delicious donuts and beverages either cold or hot, you will like it as a fast snack or a place to chill with friends.
It has been a few years between visits, had the cinnamon bagel and Apple fritter. Service was a bit hohum

Of the two Tim Hortons in downtown Victoria, this one isn't the slow one.They never cut my bagel in half though.
8pm at night on 24 March 2022: Not a single clean table. Male employee is chatting up a female customer, and the place is not busy (6 customers including myself--all seated). In the picture, there are 3 dirty tables, no customers have been at them. The table I'm sitting at is dirty as well.
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE turn up the heat on your steeped tea!!!!It is barely hot enough every time I order. I have to drink it fast as I end up dumping about a quarter of it as it gets too cool. Would it kill anyone to turn it up?
