It has been a very embarrassing experience for us. As without any intimation we were charged 18% gratuity since we were 6 people ( which includes 2 toddlers) . There was no prior intimation or written rule anywhere that we will be charged 18% unnecessarily.
I went yesterday at 11:05. He hours states it opens at 11 and all the other times I have been, it is, but not then. The server saw me but ignored me. I guess he was unaware as to when they opened or decided he would open when he was good and ready. I waited until 11:10 but I guess they decided they did not need my business. I will never go here again. Customer service is what restaurants are supposed to offer. I suppose the server was unaware of that. Fortunately Sizzling Tandoor and Royal Spice are more than willing to accept my business. I recommend them but this place is now off my list.
BUFFET NOT WORTH THE PRICE!!!!!The buffet does not match up to what they claim in their online menu. Be aware of no non-vegetarian starter here. Rice was uncooked but they replaced it after the waitress was notified about it. Overall not satisfied with the buffet experience. Hope they improve.

We just had our Buffet lunch and typically fish is not part of the buffet menu in other Indian Restaurants. But Mantra had one of the best Coconut fish curry. The Naan served was also fluffy and soft. Staff was Courteous and gave warm hospitality.We enjoyed the butter chicken,spinach veggies curry and deserts. Overall a worthy visit.
Usually the food is excellent. I order droom this location about 2-3 times a month. However, today I ordered a bit different. It was such a disappointment. The veggie pakoras were so overcooked they were hard. We couldn't eat them. The Tikka Masala was delicious. I ordered and paid for rice and didn't get any with my order. I asked about the deep fried cauliflower when I called to place my order. I did not add it to my order, but I was told I did and so I paid for it. I will think about finding a new place to order from. So bummed.I did not receive my bill. How are you going to determine what went wrong from my bill? I have explained what happened. I didn't receive what I ordered, and I got a dish that I didn't order.
Well the food was good, however, the customer service is lacking. When, we arrived the lady stopped us at the door and said buffet is over and I said we'll I still want to eat! So she needs to learn how to treat customers better.
I've ordered here before and it was okay and decent value for money. However, I was very disappointed to receive a rancid lassi with my order tonight. It's almost like it was sitting out for a day or so then placed back in the fridge to be sold. Is there no quality control in this place? I took one sip and the smell and taste were horrid. My stomach also feels uneasy now. I think this is my last order because I most certainly don't want to spend my hard earned money on food that will make me sick.
This is what we got served yesterday night. This was awful. Paranthas Were unevenly stuffed and were very thick. This is the second time we have received such breads. I think they have recently changed their Chefs….They have to do better to earn customers.
Worst delivery I have ever experienced. The portions were TINY. The butter chicken didn’t even taste like butter chicken…and the naan bread was so burnt. Super disappointed. I just moved from Surrey so maybe my Indian food standards are high but this was just gross.
