Date night on Friday at The Beach House Restaurant- wasn't as sunny as we'd liked, but it was busy nonetheless. We didn't make a reservation, but we arrived at 5pm just in case it got too busy. Luckily there was a last-minute cancelation, so we managed to obtain a window table! There was a private event upstairs, so I was expecting a long wait. Surprisingly, it was not; the server was very patient; we never waited too long to get our drinks, or have our food orders taken. Had the cashew bourbon ribs for appetizer, the husband had the salmon burger with fries, and I had the crispy chicken burger. I was highly satisfied with the burger, good size chicken, crispy, not burnt (some places I find have trouble frying the chicken, usually tastes closer to burnt). The fries had good seasoning, not too salty for me.Unfortunately my husband had a hard time eating his salmon burger, and it became too messy to eat in the end, falling apart. He used his knife and fork for the other half of the burger so it was't just mushed burger and bun. The ribs for appy was good, and the bourbon sauce with cashew bits gave it a nice texture. Service was lovely, very patient, prompt, helpful.Service - 5/5Food - 4.5/5 (just for the salmon burger and the ribs got a wee bit dry)Value - 5/5 fair price for the food, views, and serviceI highly recommend to please give them a try! The patio is a nice place to hang during the sunny days! Plus I think they let dogs stay on the patio also. Maybe consider making a reservation just in case it gets too busy also.

Great restaurant with an even better view. The seafood linguini was great except for the cocktail onions, it's a really strange mouth feel and a flavour that didn't connect with the rest of the dish for me. My wife's salad and dessert was amazing, this was her second meal here in a week. The staff were friendly and seemed genuinely happy to see us.

HelloWe had the pleasure of using your establishment for Nathan and Allys Wedding on Friday, May 13.The wedding was on the beach, and the reception followed.Starting with Lisa and all her assistants, the bartenders, the kitchen staff and servers….without exception, everyone was amazing. Perfect attitudes to make sure everything went without a hitch and lots of patience for small and large requests.Your staff is to be highly praised for an exceptional job.Thank you for insuring that this event was so memorable.Warm regardsCarolyn and KeithParents of the Groom

Went for a wedding. Atmosphere was superb, staff was helpful and friendly and the food was amazing. My wife has an allergy and they made a separate dessert which was just as incredible as the rest. I would encourage everyone to go here and check the place out.

Yet another great meal at the Beach House! Sorry, no pics as we dug in right away! We shared the pork spring rolls to start then for our mains I had the Spicy West Coast Paella and it was delicious. My wife had her go-to, halibut fish & chips which she thoroughly enjoyed. We also received a complimentary dessert for my birthday which was a treat! Oh, and we took enough food home for another meal ?. Service by our server, Lena was spot on. By far one of our favourite restaurants and you JUST CAN’T BEAT the ambiance and amazing view by the ocean…. When out-of-town friends come to visit this is where we go!

It was a great place to go for lunch. The staff are excellent and make you feel very comfortable. The inside is very well maintained and very clean. There is a good variety on the menu, and our meals were cooked perfectly.

We dropped in without reservation at 1:30at accommodated at the bar for about 15 minutes. We enjoyed a perfect lunch with a great view. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. My wife was using a cane and ramp entrance was perfect to access the restaurant.Thank you. We will return on our next trip from Ontario.

Service and ambiance was great. However, my pizza crust was soggy and under baked. The calamari was not crispy either. I have been there many times and always had a good meal.

This place has a great view and, in the summer, it's a delightful place to sit on the patio for a drink. However, except for their very expensive little pizzas, the food is awful. Really awful. We had a tiny little pad thai that contained slimy black-sauce rice noodles, a few peanuts, some onion, and with 4 prawns on top. The drinks are very expensive: $15-21 for a 9oz glass of wine. As well, it's noisy. On the plus side, there's parking across the street. Anyway, give the place a miss until it warms up and don't get anything to eat.

OMG! This place is truly special. So glad we stumbled on it in one of our trips to Victoria. It seemed like a perfect place to host a family gathering so we decided to have a family Christmas brunch there in December 2021. We loved the food, the service and the views are spectacular. I think we’re making this an annual tradition. Can’t wait for December 2022!!!!
