They charged me 15 cents for a bag without asking me if I wanted one. I am perfectly capable of carrying a few tacos in my hands, thanks.

Food and service is as expected but has recently started wrapping their food in tin foil rather than paper which tends to make the food burnt feeling on the outside.
Friendly staff, very fast too.
They keep the chicken heated but all she Flippin did was chuck some chicken onto a wrap and slap some low quality veggies and rice on it too.. Then she proceeded to drench the wrap in ranch sauce and to make matters worse, she topped it off with some microwave heating.. Holy compost that was straight blacktar. Don't come here
Went to Taco Time with my husband, and witnessed an owner engaging in bad business by asking an employee to stand on a food prep counter in her socks. This is both a violation of food safety standards and employee safety!!! Both contamination and the risk of slipping off the counter due to no traction are very real in this behavior! We need owners to care WAY MORE about health and safety and less about the quick fix. He also refused to give the store number when I confronted him about my concerns then proceeded to film me as I walked away to the guest services counter. Unacceptable!!!!!!!!

Ordered on DoorDash, came with taco cold. Can tell the Beef was not good quality. The sauce was applied unevenly and tasted gross. Couldn't even finish. Won't be back again.
Blandest and most American-tasting disappointment of a Mexican fast-food chain. I'm sort of amazed how bad that chicken burrito was. And they're trying to pass taters as a flipping side, like I can't order off the kids menu.Honestly what even is that terrible sauce you include... It's not salsa.Nice staff, best part of experience.
a true veteran mexican fast food chain. might not have the highest standards but thats what it takes to survive in this cut throat world of fast food. if i want tacos , well, i go to taco time, and i respect them for that.
