Flavors are not bad, but always the bins are empty, you pay 30 dollars for nothing … they waitresses are so busy doing so many things that they are not even able to help you… I am definitely not coming back… this is not a buffet, you can barely choose between two options. Think twice before going !

If I could give this ZERO stars I would have. I NEVER post reviews and I was chomping at the bit to write this. First off, the atmosphere was HORRIBLE. They have the kitchen door open which is right next to the buffet and the staff is yelling back and forth as they walk in and out of the kitchen. We approached the staff about this issue and they were very defensive and didnt seem to care about the customer's perspective. Outrageous prices for the food quality and choices. Save your money and time. Do not go here!!!!! EVER!

Last time we were there the soda dispensing machine was broken and we paid extra for a canned drink. This time same thing $31.00 for the dinner buffet and plus $2.00 for a soda. $100.00 for 3 people a bit much we thought. The food was ok but the bathrooms are DISGUSTING!!!!We wont be back.

$30 total for chow mein which was 99.99999% cheap thick noodles with barely anything else and a vegetable dish with carrots, broccoli, snow peas, celery.... So overpriced for the ingredients. Wasn't cooked any differently than what could be done at home... Was always curious about this place as close to home. Definitely not authentic Chinese food (Victoria is lacking in that !)

Post Covid Update: They are currently offering their large lunch/dinner buffet on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays only. Large menu with lots of very reasonably priced combination plates providing generous portions. Food is still great and the people working there so friendly. Makes for a pleasant and unassuming lunch/dining experience. Delicious fresh WonTon soup and exceptional Ginger Fried Beef are personal favorites. Always happy to make a return visit !

Not very accommodating. Because of religious reasons I wanted to change the pork items into something else (similar like pork fried rice to beef fried rice) from the dinner for 3 and am used to pay extra for this but this restaurant refused to do any more that one change… in a very rude tone… I was going to try them but not with this very bad customer service… I guess you can judge a book by its cover sometimes….

Been there twice for lunch and the food was excellent, very tasty and authentic. Very reasonable prices, huge portions and great service. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

Been quite awhile since had lunch there. Was still very good but miss the buffet.???

Chow mein was just dry noodles with the odd sliver of meat. Fried rice was tasteless. Foo Young has no gravy, and was an insipid watery mess. Deep fried wontons had no stuffing, and were just fried wrappers. Hardly a vegetable in sight. Practically inedible. Don't waste your money. We picked up this order. Not happy.

Amazing. Everything was cooked perfectly, it was hot, the veggies were el dente and the sauces bang on! The waitress was very nice and friendly. Definitely worth the small detour off the hi way.
