Outstanding sushi and service! All the salmon is super fresh sockeye — delicious. The spicy salmon cones are great, salmon avocado rolls delicious…everything was great. We lucked out with a table on the small patio out front across from a park with beautiful sequoia trees…wonderful setting. And the staff were so friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.

hi, i’m not the type to write reviews but this restaurant deserves a great review. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Food was absolutely amazing, the sashimi was different from others i have had, the sushi rolls were so good. Me and my parents enjoyed this place. will definitely come when i go to canada again!
Fresh and delicious but small portions for this price compare to other similar places. Udon noodle is two times smaller that usual size and rolls size are small
The salmon maki i ordered was really fresh. The double shrimp roll was tasty. There is bar seating for singles. Service was good and server was very cheerful. I would go again. Nice to be outside tourist area too.
Best sushi in Victoria. Also a great place for gluten free options, the kitchen and service is fantastic for both takeout and dine-in.
My favorite spot in James Bay. Great service. Food is amazing. Oyster Tempura with house tartar is next level
The Chirashi Sushi is the best we've ever had! Generous peices of tuna belly, salmon, scallop etc., all over a tasty bed of seasoned rice. Presentation was beautiful! Very good value from our perspective. The prawn tempura and scallop roll were very nice as well.Great little local spot!
The food here is high quality and artistically presented. The Dag Kang Jeong is probably the best chicken I have ever eaten! The sweet and spicy sauce is amazing. Sushi and miso was also very good. I’m only giving 4 stars simply due to ambiance. It could have more modern décor and maybe some funky music playing in the background. I can’t wait to go back and try some other menu items.
I ordered takeout and the food and service were great. Very friendly staff. The sweet potato tempura was nice and crispy. Will be ordering from here again !
