Located at the corner of Fort and Cook streets, it offers a seating area, take out and delivery. The staff are very helpful and quick. I was very impressed with the extra service from an employee who suggested I choose a table and he brought my order over for me since I was using a wheelchair. Very appreciated.
This Subway has always been good to me. Their staff are quick and friendly, and always have my order ready for me! Their food is good and fresh, and they always have what I'm looking for. Much appreciation to them!
Horrible experience. Tiny amounts of veggies. Ordered 2 footlongs because I had a online coupon on the app and the east indian manager would not honor it when it was clearly there but wouldn't work & I was using their internet so it was a fault in the app. Live close by was a lyal customer & wont be returning!! Emailed manager also and won't respond after apologizing but wont honor the discount!!

TBH, I think all the subways are the same. Same sandwiches and same ingredients. The only thing makes difference is the customer service. This store has the best customer service in downtown Victoria. I have been lived here almost 10 years and I have tried many stores in downtown and this store is the best. Once you eat here, you may not want to change to other stores.
They put the teriyaki chicken on the sandwich even though I asked for it not to be toasted then when I told them not toasted they actually acted like I had re-ordered the sandwich then they slam the chicken into the tray certain microwave put a little bit of lettuce a little bit of spinach on my sandwich a handful of onions even though I asked for a little bit and then they just slap the chicken on squirted a ton of teriyaki sauce and then threw it on the table absolute worst subway experience of my life never going back
A very good restaurant. Most of the staff makes my experience there good. Some of the staff need to work on their customer service for sure, but overall a good experience.
