I stood there waiting for about ten minutes while the one guy behind the counter took care of the customer before me and a Door Dash driver. It was finally my turn and conveniently another person appears from the back.The meat portions on the sandwich were smaller than what I normally get from other Subway’s. What really disappointed me was that the bread was stale. I didn’t get my sandwich toasted, but the bread was crunchier than if it had been toasted. It had probably been baked days prior.Poor service and food.
Always good subs and wraps. First time I have ordered ahead using the app. It was very easy and detailed to everything we wanted and didn't want.
The 6 inch sub I orders was more like 4, very little meat and when I bought this to their attention they did not seems to care. They never have a good bun selection.
Stopped into this location after leaving the VGH ER unit. It was 948 pm so we figured it may not be open but the sign stated 10pm closing. I walked in, it was empty except a girl sitting behind the counter popped her head up and said “we are closed”The food still visible on the counter. I replied “it’s say 10 pm” then she replied “ok we are short staffed” I left the store and drove down the road to the Subway on Goldstream. I was greeted by Ashby at 954 pm and I told him about what had happened at the last location on oldIsland highway and asked if it was too late to make me a sandwich. He was so helpful and made me a sandwich and was completed the sandwich by 959.

Worst customer service, food was garbage, and they were not following Covid protocols, didn’t see a single person wash hands once after handling money then touching our food immediately after.
Masks are mandatory to be worn again. Not impressed that employees used/worn masks were sitting on the counter, and that staff were not wearing them. None of us like wearing masks but we still do, myself included, especially being in the food industry.
Girl was hard to understand a bit. The adam guy is amazing. Wow he pack our subs so uniquely and good. Good guy

The lady working didnt understand a thing i was saying. I felt like i had the yell it a couple of times for her to hear me correctly. I dont think she was paying much attention. Over all frustrated with this experience.
