I dont know, it never happens before. I ordered mocha cookie crumbled frappuccino and brewed coffee. Frappe I ordered venti but they took money of grande and give me venti. I dont know how it happened. I paid around $10. Really sad. It was on 29th june 6:17pm. u can check ur camera.
Torquay village Starbucks is the best one in Victoria. They always do an excellent job on drinks in spite of all the traffic in the store. Very friendly staff, too.
Very good location. I had Coffee. bagel and a latte. Served by a friendly staff. A bit more expensive than other coffee shops but worthy

I ordered 4 travel carafes of coffee for my Mom’s funeral. They were ready on time, with all of the fixings needed. The customer service there is amazing, and I’m so glad we were able to work with them for Mom’s day. Thank you for your wonderful kindness!
Barista went above and beyond, exceeding expectations. We were served immediately, and the drink was made quickly. The shop was clean and organized. I would recommend this location.
The barrista was busy with another customer trying to add money onto her card. 2 other barristas were not doing anything. I wanted to get a drink & sandwich and as the first person was busy for close to 5 minutes I asked if their til was open.....they said no. After waiting an additional 1-2 minutes, I put my drink back, bottled water, sand walked out. The staff said nothing.
