Our venti iced coffees took 10 minutes to make and we were the only ones in the store. I watched one of the staff members make themselves a drink before making ours. They were all chatting and making no effort to be timely with our order. After all that they were rude and gave us a coffee that was 80% oat milk, 20% coffee. Won’t be returning here.

Stopped by last week to grab a nice warm coffee on a miserable day.Staff was super comforting and loved chatting with me my entire wait. Made the time fly by like it was nothing.I Highly recommend meeting or talking to one staff member in peticular, Lyra. Shes super talkative and absolutly wonderful to chat with. The staff are super fun and have very bubbly personalities. Ill definetly be visiting often.
Mess up your order more than they get it right
I usually only order iced drinks but this place does a good job with my order usually. The last time I ordered from here they really made a mess of the container and I was at the kiosk wiping mess constantly before leaving. I told my wife that usually Starbucks doesn't give us drinks like this, that's something I'd expect from a fast food chain. Either way, I've usually had pleasant experiences with this location.
My morning go to coffee shop. My grande Pike with heavy cream....always good. Special shout out to Gus and Ahmed. Always very friendly!! Thanks for getting my day off to a fab start!!
I’ve been to this location many times and they are always rude. Beside that, they make alright drinks.Being an ex-partner I find it interesting that a manager wouldn’t encourage their employees to be friendly to customers.

Mediocre coffee, as all Starbucks is, but the staff at this location seem happy and friendly enough. That's always a plus. It's basically the only place for coffee at the mall...
