According to the server they are “Not a corporate Starbucks store” which means they don’t take points, you can’t use the Starbucks app, and they ask for tips when using card to pay ? I’d go to a real cafe if I wanted to tip or not use my Starbucks points/app. No washroom for customers either.
I came into the store last week on my birthday. I was told I’m unable to redeem my birthday reward, as the store was not a licensed Starbucks? I was pretty disappointed, as I spend at least $20 a week with the franchise, yet they still wouldn’t anyway honour the reward. This has certainly made me think twice about spending any more money at their locations
There are two girls that work there in the mornings and they are really friendly and helpful. I am a new starbucks fan now. They helped me figure out what kind of coffee I wanted and made it perfectly.I appreciate their kindness it made for a good way to start my day ? keep up the good work!
Smaller Starbucks beautiful location short staffed some days regular staff friendly good people watching and number one views of inner harbour and hotels museum and TALLY-HO horses a favorite of mine
Terrible service. I was served by Tahman? who took forever taking my two simple orders. She grabbed t0he wrong cup sizes for my drink. Then the person who was making my drink also took her time. There was no line. I was the only person in there.Nutella drink was overly sweet and tasted nothing like Nutella. They had some interesting flavors I haven't seen in Vancouver like butter beer latte and raspberry mocha. Not sure if this is compliant with the franchise but was interesting to see!Also no wifi and no washroom.

Terrible experience at this store,. Staff apparently unaware of how to make simple beverages like tea and an americano,. When told my americano was stone cold I was told it was because I wanted 2 cream. Tea was barely warm,. Will not be returning,.
Not happy I was turned away because of my health status and disrespected this buissiness should be penalized
Exterior patio is very small but the view on the inner harbor and parliament is awesome!
