I should've grabbed the girl's name, the service was pathetic cause one of my friends ordered an Americano this morning, the barista just made the drink and kept it aside, did not even announce his name or his drink, pathetic ,only because he was east Indian, come on people we are better than this, this undertone bias has to go, I hope Starbucks corporate office is listening. (Incident happened on 15th July 2022, around 10 AM)
they don't accept Canadian $100 bills. I guess because they are American company?
Disappointing that seating wasn't fully reopened. Service was great, drink was pretty good.
This is my go to Starbucks in Victoria. It's clean and the staff are always friendly and polite.
Couple females work here that always mean mug me and I heard they are kinda the work place bullies to other girls that work there.

It's a Starbucks so... they are friendly and service is consistent. The Westside village location is a bonus due to many options for all your daily needs and cravings.
