I stopped at the drivethru today and pull up to the place to give my order. I wait a couple minutes. Nothing. I say hello, is there anybody there a few times. Nothing. I drive up to the window. Nothing. I wait a bit longer and a staff member sees me. Tries to ignore me. I tap the window so she looks at me and she shakes her head no. I raise my shoulders incredulously. She shakes her head no.If you don't intend on offering service at the drivethru at morning rush hour, maybe put up a sign at the entrance or put a sticky note on the speaker thing. Or maybe have the decency to acknowledge customers and maybe even open the window to apologize or say it's closed.I understand there is a staffing shortage but at least use the staff you have to acknowledge customers and prevent them from wasting their time. How many cars went through there pointlessly today because you couldn't be bothered.
I love this location! The partners are the best. Yesterday at the drive thru my coffee came with a "Good Morning" message on the lid in pink marker. Such a little thing, but it completely made my day. ?
Service is great when the place is open. The inconsistencies with your operating hours are ridiculous. Drive thru open today, closed the next day. The least you can do is update goggle so I don't get out of my lane to make a turn into your establishment. Too bad it's the only drive thru on my route to work.
I love this location, the staff are excellent and the coffee is amazing; the only down side is that the cafe is never open lately and as someone who doesn’t drive, it’s an inconvenience when I’ve left earlier than I normally do to get coffee and I can’t go in to get it.

The drive through staff are always great, but getting into and out of this place can be difficult depending on the time of day. When exiting the drive through don't even think about turning left
Drive thru service is always very quick and friendly when I need coffee on the go! They also a fair amount of seating inside which is great. This location is conveniently right across the street from my office, so it is a great spot to meet with my clients and get some work done. The team is always friendly and on top of things!
Always a pleasure going into see all the beautiful people working.. They are always amazing and friendly, and I almost never have to order because they remember everytime. Thanks everyone for all your hard work.
Mmmm, Chai tea latte! Warm spice hug for a chilly, damp day. Recieved a substantial gift card for Starbucks. Was impressed, as was the staff member who was very friendly and kind to check the initial balance on the card.Along with the warm drinks, bought new drink tumblers which is something we do from time to time.The last time, was a couple of thermal coffee cups that have entirely paid for themselves over the years. I use mine every day and it STILL holds hot drinks hot for hours.A bag of beans that have a wonderful flavor and incredible smell which no preground coffee can compete!
Last order they got 3 of my 5 items wrong. Made no attempt to fix it after bringing up issues. Just told me what I had paid for.
