Ugh… to be honest. I really like Starbucks’s Frappuccino. But, their Matcha Tea Latte tastes DISGUSTING. First of all, there was barely any taste of matcha or it was way too light. Secondly, it made me feel sick and tastes like milk. (In my opinion this is very disrespectful in way) And for $5 (plus taxes of course) I would not buy it again. I wouldn’t recommend this Starbucks at all. (If I am paying for Milk and Sugar with a 1 ml of Matcha ? then don’t have people pay $5 for this!!!) Also, I’m also paying $5 to get my tongue burnt.
Great staff here! The three ladies behind the counter clearly enjoyed working together and kept everything moving efficiently. Food was fresh and coffee was hot.
A good place to walk in and have a coffee on the fly whether it's a Trente specialty cold drink in a summer heat wave or a Venti triple shot cafe mocha to quell a bad heads or migraine in a rainy weather. For those who walk-in & leaving the worst complaints about the 5-minute wait at this location on Google Maps, please grow a pair and stop being a Karen as fake clients like you ruin the overall mood of baristas and clients all over this city, not just this location, but all coffee cafes regardless of brand, local versus corporate chains. Order via the app or wait patiently like everyone else during the pandemic like me; sometimes there's only one cashier and one barista on shift. What do you expect during the Great Resignation? Be glad they're still being polite to you over your First World issues. Such appalling to see these type of clientele during my overall visits including today.
Yes, I'm a white girl and yes, I like Starbucks. I do like pumpkin spice lattés when I want to blow an entire meal's worth of calories in one drink but mostly I opt for a plain latté or if I'm feeling fancy, a shot of sugar free vanila/cinnamon dolce syrup. Minus one star because of the guilt for not supporting a smaller local place. OMG, Becky!
Great place for coffee and very awesome staff. Always recommended
Coffee treat once in a while as a special coffee is nearly 7$.When on my way to work, stop in...find my self the only person in the restaurant and waiting a while for the coffee. Seems that the people ordering ahead takes up most of the baristas time. Needs to be a better system for the customers walking in.
I was having a ridiculously anxious day and went to grab a warm, but caffeine-free drink around 5:30pm. I don’t know a lot about the Starbucks menu, and was therefore even more anxious about what to get, so I asked the barista for her recommendation. I’m not sure if she picked up on my anxiousness or was simply a kind person, but she was really lovely and recommended a drink, and was generally just personable and sweet. It was a rough day, and I appreciated her kindness—I think her name was Kelsey (blonde, on the younger side)—so I hope this gets back to management and she gets some recognition (and the half sweet peppermint hot chocolate was the perfect choice) :)
Just sitting out side on a bunch waiting for time to go for a bus
Thanks for being so friendly on an early Saturday morning! Cheers ☕️
It's Starbucks and gorillamoves.ca gotta drink
