The staff are extremely courteous despite being underpaid. They work really hard and any drink I’ve ever bought at this location was delicious. The food is actually decent too. One of the best Starbucks in the city.

I love star bucksBut I'm only after there hot chocolate and there ginger cookies I wish they sold them every years and every single day omg I haven't had one in so long and they are delicious if you get em warm up!:D
One of my least favorite Starbucks, ever. The line is always long and drink receival takes eons. At least the cashiers are typically pretty nice.
This location was incredibly busy, but was the staff were quick and extremely friendly. It was fairly obvious they were short staffed but were doing an amazing job. I hope they get more staff soon for the sake of the wonderful outgoing staff.

Non- professional, rude service received from employee- Mary. Asked to remake the drinks as of not finding any taste instead of hot milk- got a reply that she cant remake it have to take it as it is and was told its a private Starbucks store- what a joke. She charged extra money for something which other Starbucks locations never ever asked for. We asked for the manager and she said well she is the manager today.Very bad service received for the first time from this starbucks location:/
I had to show the barista the text on my phone for my friend's order because I didn't understand it and they got it right which is wonderful; bless the folks here
Very bright location with a lot of seating. The staff are quick and friendly. Orders are always correct and well made. Advise that since it is off of Government Street, it is very busy and can get very loud.
