Food this healthy has no business being this delicious. The service was amazing. Cobb salad. Chicken soup. Sausage rolls (ok, less healthy but satisfied a carpenter!). You guys, an under-discovered Victoria gem!
Highly recommend Soupa! I go here on my lunch break at least 2 or 3 times a week. They must be getting sick of me ? super yummy soups and the herb and cheese bagels are so good! Super friendly staff, don't ever change ❤
Every time I come here, there's something new and delicious to try, and I've never been disappointed. The flavours always work so harmoniously, it's always perfectly piping hot, and the staff are always so pleasant. A must-try for soup-lovers! ?
The food was delicious and fresh. They make you feel welcomed, great service and they've even given me a free baked goodie on one occasion. My go to lunch place downtown. I will bring my ma here when she is in town. Thank you for the great experiences Avi and team.

5 stars for the superb and friendly customer service, as well as the Portofino bread! I visited from out of town & tried the Bombay Vegetable & Red Lentil soup. Both extremely flavourful, I loved that everything was so fresh it just wasn't my personal all-time fave soups. However I would definitely recommend trying them out!
I’ve been wanting to try this place and finally ordered take-out here. The prices are pretty reasonable for the good quality foods, especially if you get one of their soup/sammy/drink/etc meal deals. Makes for a perfect lunch and would’ve been super good! if only there was buffalo sauce on my buffalo chicken wrap :( It was probably a total accident in the kitchen, mistakes happen. Pretty disappointing, the vegan brownie was bomb tho!
I’ve ordered here twice on SkipTheDishes and recently ordered their Turkey, Brie, Cranberry sandwich with gluten free bread. It was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. As someone who is newly gluten free their gluten free bread and cake taste just as good as non-gluten free items. They also package really nicely for takeout and even included a pin and sticker. Support this local business!
Amazing little homemade style takeout soup place tucked along the hallway of a tiny mall in downtown Victoria. Great food...and the service can only say that it was very warming, especially the blonde lady who was very accommodating. Keep up the great work and thank you!
Soupa is probably my favourite restaurant to order from and one of the most consistent. Not only do they get everything correct in my order, but I'll almost always get an extremely kind note in my bag and it makes my entire day. The thought and care that goes into their restaurant is unmatched to anything I've seen, and not only are their soups, sandwiches, and pastries delicious, but you know you've ordered from a small business which makes it even better.I've recommended Soupa to almost all of my friends and family and I'm writing this now literally as I order myself some much needed soup! I've never had a disappointing experience with Soupa nor do I think I'll ever have one
