We showed up about 20 minutes before close and asked if we were too late to be sat. They let us right in. Staff was so welcoming, fun, and helpful the entire night. And the food was amazing!! We especially loved the mango smoothie. Servings large enough for at least 2 meals - you get your money’s worth here
I hadn’t had Thai in a while and was certainly experiencing a craving. I started with the satay which was a good size for a starter and delicious! The Tom Yum soup was also very good and a perfect size for sharing with my sweetheart. The red curry was also so delicious. I wasn’t a huge fan of the Pad Thai but overall will go again! Oh and the service was fabulous!
Splendid Thai food place. We ordered #61 and #64 one of which was a fried rice it was the most delicious fried rice ever! The person served us said her name was Jena she was fabulous great customer service! I found she was polite and loving to not just me and my family but to every customer she was assisting! Great to have employees like that for a business. Good food plus great customer service is just what anyone would love!!
We really enjoyed this experience. I’m not a Thai cuisine connoisseur but it’s among my best Thai food ever. Suki and Jena added to the enjoyment of the food. Be careful with the chilli sauce. They are seriously spicy!
Just went here last night. Wow what Outstanding, friendly service and generous, authentic and delicious food! Will be back for the yummy tofu pad thai and veggie dishes! My teen daughter thinks you are the best restaurant in town and I am inclined to agree. We just need to come here more often than once a year as it’s affordable and there’s always plenty of scrumptious leftovers.
We ordered takeout online and everything went very well. The food was hot and very flavourful. A good choice for sure.
Tasty food, ample servings at a fair price made this a three-peat for us during a relatively short stay in Victoria. Sookjai will season your food to your wishes, which in my case was mild, but for others in the group, it was spicier. Accessible. We ordered take-out, but inside dining is available.
Great service from our male server this past Friday 10/10! Portion sizes were generous with enough protein. Bold yet unique flavors from each dish we had. Can’t wait to come back!
Best Thai food I've had! Amazing flavour and spice?. Customer service was great too.I ordered green curry extra Thai hot and it was the perfect spice level for me, but it's definitely not for the faint of heart.Will definitely be going again soon!
