They advertise on posters special offers & prices, but when they ring it on the computer you pay $1+ more. They need to be way more specific on their offers. I waited over 30 minutes for them to correctly charge me the advertised $6.66. They refused. In Canada this is not proper to advertise one price and refuse to honour it to the customer.Section 74.05 of the Competition Act is a civil provision. It prohibits the sale or rent of a product at a price higher than its advertised price.*the date on poster has no reference around it. Doesn't say offer from a specific date range. Why keep these posters up if they're expired? it's deceptive and wrong
The drinks here are great, tried most slush tea, fruit tea and milk teas. Had a taste of this new Cheese cream Oreo matcha, and is amazing!
My favorite bubble tea place in Victoria and by far the best cheese foam I’ve ever had. 1 star off because it’s quite pricey and they take forever to make the drinks.
Friendly staff but very disappointed that they don’t use fresh milk even for milk tea lattes, that’s beyond cheap for 7-8$ drinks. Also for fruit teas and slushes there was only a few pieces of jelly. All syrup, powder, and ice. Not enough real fruits. I wish the management can change and improve the ingredients for their drinks.

First joint to come into Canada I believe. Was definitely worth the hype. The drinks are very yummy and they use alot of premium ingredients. However you definitely pay a premium for the drinks, they aren't cheap at all and probably by far one of the most expensive bubble teas I have had. This location is mainly for takeout with just a couple chairs outside, so don't expect to sit here and hang out.
took SO LONG. said it would take 15 mins. took 40 mins for three drinks. matcha tastes like grass. i am Not a cow
I order a large milk tea with bubbles. Amazing taste. One of the best bubble tea places in town imo.
The quality is amazing but they’re always out of brown sugar pearls!
I ordered drinks yesterday. I don't know if it's a young guy or girl made my drinks. He stands their educating customer attitude. I came home figured he/she put the yakult sticker on a small cup (the other drink I ordered) and the second drink in a larger cup. It was opposite. We got confused because both drinks look/taste almost the same. This is not the first time.
