Barista didn’t know what a latte frappe was, even though it was on the menu. After several minutes of explaining, got served a cup of bitter sludge full of coffee grounds. When I asked for it to be sweetened, I got told “syrup costs extra”. Please train your baristas…
Love serious coffee I'm here a couple of times a week for my coffee.
Would you please please please send your staff to barista training. It's seriously frustrating to ask for a non-dairy cappuccino and get bubble-bath foam (big frothy airy bubbles), or no foam (less than a millimeter of white). It's not hard to foam non-dairy milk, many, many people can foam sorts of non-dairy milk just as well as dairy milk--but you have to have training. You can't just wing it. I'm giving two stars, because the women were very nice, and did try to make proper foam. But this is my third attempt at a decent coffee in your store, and it's just too expensive for a cup of disappointment.
Great coffee and a very nice tuna on whole wheat. Calm atmosphere.
Great location and good coffee
My experience at serious coffee was excellent. I walked in and was instantly greeted, I got the matcha latte, which was super creamy and sweet, my barista was connie who even brought the drinks right to my table. Perfect start to my day!
