Just received two chicken wraps with NO chicken. when i phoned to complain I was told that they "promised" they put chicken in it and hung up. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIBLE HALF ASSED FOOD.
This used to be my favourite place to order pizza; they have excellent deals and the food was always great. The last 3 times we ordered the pizza took 2 hours. Tonight we decided to give them another chance, after calling after an hour and being assured the pizza was on its way and would be hot we figured they were just busy. A half an hour later they called back and confessed our order had been missed but they could still fill the order and give us a discount. We declined and ordered Dominos who delivered within a half hour. By then we were so hungry anything would do. This location has serious staffing issues; it’s too bad. We won’t be ordering from them again.
Very very good crust!!! Pizza was pretty good, donair pizza was lacking in the meat department. Still tasty.

As a first time walk-in with a 10min. wait, I was hopeful; I only had to cross the street to my apt. so the pizza was still warm. Unfortunately it reminded me of frozen pizza and the crust was more like cardboard.
The pizza is ALWAYS amazing tasty and consistently great quality. Love the Quadra pizzeria! Garlic butter brushed on the crust after it comes out of the oven.....I mean come on, Top Notch!!!
