We just order a delivery service from Romeos pizza we order some fettuccine we ordered a hot Mexican pizza and cheese pizza for the kids and it was absolutely delicious when we receive the food was hot and super tasty highly recommend this place… I would definitely order soon again
We LOVE Romeo’s on Hillside! ❤️Tonight I got a takeout order (which we picked up) of the gluten-free penne with Alfredo sauce. Sadly, when I got home and opened it up, it was regular pasta noodles. (Yes, it’s an allergy!) ?So, I called the restaurant, the server who took the order apologized profusely and they totally admitted it was their error. Within about 10 minutes, they delivered a piping hot gluten-free penne with Alfredo sauce! I wanted to tip the nice delivery guy, who also apologized at the door for the mix up, but we haven’t had cash in the house for literally two years now. Nevertheless, we will go back soon and leave a BIG tip! ?Thank you, Romeo’s staff - you guys are AWESOME! ???
This used to be one of the best GMO/Glyphosate Crust pizzas in Victoria. But now many other vendors in that category are producing much higher quality pies. Quit focusing so much on Covid restrictions and more on the quality of the pizza ? pie that you are producing! GLUTEN-FREE free crust is a start...but how about leading the market with ORGANIC CRUST?!
always had great service and food here. Some say prices are too high but you really get what you pay for. Staff are friendly and restaurant is very clean. take advantage of there specials as they don't cheap out and make items smaller when they are giving great deals. Recommend visiting any Romeos in Victoria
Visited Romeo's on the evening of December 8th for my daughter's birthday. There were 4 of us in our party and we let our server know that we had reservations at Butchart Gardens for 6:45pm. Note we walked in to the restaurant at 5:05pm. Our server "Izzy" and the kitchen staff were fantastic! Not only did we have fantastic service and good food, but the restaurant staff made menu recommendations that would be quick and delicious. We had a couple appetizers as well as beverages and meals. All were served promptly and correctly. I can't recommend this place highly enough!Thank you Izzy for helping us have a great night out and we made our reservation time at Butchart Gardens.
Decent service and COVID protocols. Server handled custom order efficiently. Decent level of service..Pizza was a bit charred but not enough to fuss about. All in all pretty decent
Went there a couple nights ago with my wife and waited in line. The woman at the door helped the people ahead of us and took them inside and then came back out and walked past us to help some other people who were just arriving. When I asked if we could go inside as we had got there before them she gave a look that left no doubt she did not want us there. Not sure what we did to offend her but we won't be going back.
This is the restaurant blaming their poor performance on cerb benefits. To you the General Manager here, I sell your wife at the side of the road before I come work for. Don't get confused you angry illiterate.
The Ravioli was very good. they just need to be more generous on the sauce ( so ask them). they also don't provide cutlery with takeaways, so be sure to ask if you need.
When I called to place my order I asked for one pasta and one burger. The lady on the phone mentioned to me it was two for one on the pasta which would be the better deal. I changed my order to get that pasta deal. When I went to pick up it was charging a pasta and half price on the second pasta. I questioned the price and was told it's corporate prices and it's not really two for one. When I asked to speak to a manger he talked while I was questioning the price. He said they have never had a promotion like that before and to look at the website for prices before ordering. Even though we were told otherwise by staff on the phone. The food was bland and the chicken was extremely dry. This location needs to learn promotions they are actually offering and customer service. Will not be back !
