Highly recommend! This was our first visit to this restaurant, and we were not disappointed. Generous portions. Clean, comfortable atmosphere. Convenient location. Excellent service (Grayson was our server today). Love the idea of unlimited refills on sides and bottomless beverages (which even included ice cream floats!). Huge variety on the menu.Shown here is the Madlove Burger and steak fries. Delicious. One of the best burgers I've eaten!
Went here for my birthday dinner recently (chosen by our kids), our experience was a bit lacking service wise as every step of the process (ordering drinks, ordering food, receiving drinks, receiving food) seemed to take an extremely long time which isn't helpful when you're there with two little kids. It wasn't packed but our server appeared to be too busy to attend to us, we had to ask for things like cutlery even after our food arrived and it felt like other people were having to pick up the slack. We love the food and it did not disappoint this time either and makes it easier to deal with sub-par service but our server also neglected to apply my free birthday dinner which we'd established at the beginning, and I was busy getting kids in the vehicle so wasn't present to make sure that happened. Ultimately, always great food but always slightly less than stellar service, for us, from this location ??♂️
Haven't been to Red Robin in forever but my daughter in law was in town (Victoria) visiting and really wanted to go there. Great service! Our waitress was very attentive and friendly! Food was absolutely delicious!
Great experience for our European guests. The food, service and general attitude made a wonderful impression and we can always count on this chain to deliver tasty food. We had 4 different items and a milkshake. 2 main salads, a burger and the clucks and shrimp meal were all really good and generous portions. No need to order more fries. Extremely friendly and attentive staff so thanks for the superb service and food.
Try the Madlover burger a 10 out of 10, juicy, messy, crispy bits. The home made Yukon chips are an excellent side. Staff very friendly hence my generous tip.
From the moment we walked into the building we were treated poorly. The hostess was rude and did not greet us at all. We it server was rude and not helpful. Our food was all cold when we got it. We were given baby sized forks to use to eat our food. Our server had zero personality and was rude to us when we tried to tell him the food was cold. We will never return. It was honestly astonishing how bad the experience was.
Staff and environment very pleasant. Great assortment on the menu, the largest list of types of hamburgers, great prices. I had the avocado chicken salad and it was delicious, absolutely huge and great selection of veggies and other yummy items, loved it! My friend had a hamburger and they commented it was the best burger they have had in years, definitely not greasy, chips were yummy. Will definitely return!
