Doug is an amazing man to deal with for Catering services. We use Ponchos at most of our work events/ meetings and he personally delivers the food each and every time. So thoughtful and always delicious!
Really good music, pleasent, muffin was a bit dry but really tasty. Steady flow of people but lots of room.
Always so popular, only tried their peach lemonade. Lovely environment and decoration. People are all spending their time here working, chatting, and studying. Nice place to order some food and drink, and have a seat to working on your personal stuff.
Extremely friendly staff who are knowledgeable about gluten free options! I ordered a soup and a sandwich and both were fresh, delicious, and well-priced. The coffee is local (from Sooke) and also well-made. We will be back for sure!
My wife and I stumbled upon Poncho's one day while out looking for some cold beverages. We had tried the coffee shop that was at this location before, but weren't really wowed, so we had tempered our expectations. Doug and his crew wowed us. The service was friendly, prompt and the drinks were delicious. Fast forward however long it's been, and we still go quite regularly. The staff has changed for the most part, but they are delightful, friendly and personable. The drinks are delicious and the food is top notch, especially the sunrise breakfast wrap. Doug's done something special here, with the help of his staff. They've created a welcoming oasis of delicious food and drink, which is especially appreciated during these trying times. This place is also great for the kids :)

I visited here on Canada day last year, hence the Canadian flag. The veggie wrap was awesome.
I sadly didn’t get any photos of the food because I was too hungry to dig in but man do I have to say the food was amazing! Doug helped keep us updated with COVID regulations, offered substitute ideas and was willing to go everyone which our multiple venue change.The menu had tons of ideas and food allergy options. The vegan veggie pasta noodles were the most popular followed by the stake. My niece is celiac and almost every dish was GF which is more options than she’s ever had as she was thrilled. I am so pumped on the way the food turned out. Doug had amazing communication and service that was great! I have never seen so many food options for a wedding and not stressing about cut offs really made our day especially with all the changes due to Covid regulations being off and on again. Thank you for making our ice cold wedding a fairytale :) 2-22-22
Always love stopping in and saying hello to such a friendly group of staff!One of my favorite orders is their Avocado Toast. It's absolutely amazing.I do find occasionally (fairly rare) that their espresso beverages run on the bitter side but not in a way that would make you throw out your coffee!Such an amazing little hole in the wall, I definitely recommend taking a trip down and enjoying some great atmosphere and food!
I've fallen in love with this coffee shop and their breakfast menu has been our soul food. Unfortunately, today's visit was disappointing me. The tomato soup was too cold and scalloped potato soup was too salty to eat I ended up throwing away. (We had them in my car right after ordering and they were too cold so that I drove home to wram it up. Then I noticed the scalloped potato soup was extremely salty. I normally LOVE their soups)*I ordered a small lavender matcha latte, a small soy latte, two soups, one vegetarian wrap, one sandwich and one date cookie on Feb 24, 2022)*
