absolutely the worst delivery driver experience ever. The lady pulled up picking her nose then handling our boxes of food.when i decided i wasnt adding a tip to the 60.00 bill she rolled her eyes as if SHE was fed up.Try harder Pizza Hut

Good pizza in a reasonable amount of time. Got a second pizza for half price, that was a good deal.
I think the lady who helped me (who, by my overhearing, has been there over 20 years {I think?}) is really lovely, kind, and cares very much about the place. I have only ever ordered there maybe 3 times, but she has always been so pleasant and deserves recognition for that. The pizza was good, too.
Ok pizza but isn’t the cheese in the stuffed crust supposed to be melted? It was a cold mozzarella stick in the crust which actually made the pizza cold!
Not recommended. Any Chai pizza place is always upsetting to me.
For some reason I have had a problem ordering delivery. I choose delivery and put in my address and then once I have paid the website states I can pick my order up. This has happened twice now. I would like to say that the manager at the Yates st. Victoria BC location is absolutely amazing I also work in customer service and her attitude is calm and very nice. So even though I am giving your site 3 stars I am giving the manager 10 stars. Thank you Chelsea smart
I would give zero stars but no option. The delivery driver ate half of the pasta I ordered. The safety seal on the box was flapping in the air and when I got to my hotel room that's when I opened it and noticed! I have pictures that I took to provide proof and I finally got ahold of someone who "claims " to be a manager there and wouldn't reimburse me. Only "in store credit"
