I'm positive the girl at the counter thinks the purpose of wearing gloves is to keep her hands clean and not for food safe purposes. She kept her gloves on the whole time I was in there and I paid cash, then she went right back to work without changing gloves. No second chances with something so simple. Don't even get me started on the fact I asked for 12pm pickup and when I got there they hadn't even started my order and the oven was empty. Zero stars
I walked in, ordered a Canadian personal pizza and it was ready in 5 min. The toppings were all the way covering the crust so it was filling. Lots of cheese and fresh mushrooms, not canned. For under 8 dollars, I must say I'm very impressed. The Vancouver location gets a gold star.
Usually my order is ready exceptionally quick, under 10 minutes. Bonus that I can collect More Rewards Points as well. Very happy they moved closer to downtown!
Very disappointed with our order and service this evening from Panago. Received raw chicken wings (literally still bleeding), called Panago directly to let them know, (rather than just giving them a bad review), but because I had a third party pick up the order and deliver to me, they wouldn’t do anything about it. Even the person who answered the phone at Panago said it was ridiculous as the FOOD WAS MADE AT PANAGO. Really bad customer service - you blew it Panago we will never order from you again. We have also emailed your customer care.
I haven't been disappointed yet very consistent with flavour, freshness and quality. One of the best pizza places in the city.

I'm a, well was a long time customer and now unless I tip them, they don't add the full extra amount of toppings that I pay for...LIKE THEY ARE DOING ME A FAVOUR!!If you expect anything other than below average pizza, don't order from here. They are cheapskates.
