This must be the freshest Opa branch I tried on the island. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. After eating at this branch I'm not sure if I will eat at any other branch especially the one at Woodgrove mall. Everything here was made with love ❤️ Thank you so much. Huge difference between people who love what they do and do it with love and people that just work at a franchise. I beleive I met the owner he asked me if he can give my daughter juice free of charge. He was super polite really recommended this Opa. It sure is special!

When I came to your place to order, the waiter ordered the wrong order (put the more expensive meal on the menu). Later I found out that it was wrong and asked them to change it and refund the difference, but he ( Young man) not only insisted on giving me a correct meal that I didn't want, but also angrily told me to get out...

Just made a small request to change the gloves in a really polite way…But the staff treated me in a really rude way and asked me that they will not take my order and treated me in a racist way…Bad , ill-mannered customer service
I had a very negative experience today at OPA at the Bay Centre on Douglas in Victoria. The old man kept yelling at me because I wanted fries instead of rice. Also, the loud, overbearing, old man yelled at me because I wanted a bag even though I paid $0.50 for the bag. I told him I would not come back and rather than apologizing for poor service, he said, "good, don't come back." Finally, the gyros was awful, dry and hard. He should be closed down immediately.
The owners of this franchise take service to the next level. They are kind friendly and treat their regulars and not so regular customers like family. The food is amazing as well!!

Amazing food for a really fair price. The owners often work alongside and staff and are very sweet and friendly. If you need food while shopping this is THE place to go!
This place has some great customer service. I ordered through skip the dishes for lunch one day and they messed up my order so I couldn't reach skip support ( big surprise!) So I called opa and explained the situation and the owner or manager spoke with me and apologized. She had offered I could order again and wouldn't charge me I explained that skip would charge me so she said the next time I am in she will give me a free meal. I love the food and was very pleasantly surprised that she was so accommodating ive had places not even care.
