Last week, I visited in Victoria and bought 33 icewine tea boxes and 50 maple cookies in Oh Gelato. After coming back to my country, I saw the best before date on the tea boxes is 20/06/2020. It passes almost 2 years.I can't give these items to my friends and it costs about CAD$198. Just feel terrible now.
Extremely rude asian girls at the counter. If you are taking your own time to decide what flavours you want they really start to give you grumpy looks. We were the only customer in the store at that time. They do not have the decency to let me take your own time to decide which flavor i want as i my baby was crying and i was getting distracted. They lack so much kindness and empathy towards customer. They display the big scoops which is so misleading but will give much smaller scoop in your cone or cup. This place is a trap and it is such an average taste that every flavor tastes almost the same. Also tone of the servers is extremely rude as if they want to kick you out of their shop
Huge selection of gelato!! Service was fast and staff was friendly. Nice open store and lots of seating available outside the store.
Blood orange sorbet, it was good. Not mind blowing but perfectly alright.
Over priced Gelato, the one tiny scoop in the cup was close to 7 bucks, I live in the city but had never been to this Gelato place, and realized after I saw the price that this must be a tourist trap. No thanks!
Do not allow taste tests of ice cream due to covid…but when my daughter paid $6.25 for a very small cup of sherbet (kiwi) and it did not taste at all like kiwi, they refused to exchange it for her! Very poor customer relations. Will never return!

Had some great gelato here. Decent amount of flavors and the staff were super nice. Located right on one of the main streets, it's super central to the waterfront area. Definitely recommend it!
We had frozen cheesecake on a stick. The most indulgent thing on a stick I've ever had. Pricey, but seems worth it.
