Cheers for a good neighbourhood poissonnerie! This isn't JUST a fish and chips place. It's a fresh fish store with good product and charming, helpful staff. The people behind the counter always say or do something spontaneous that makes me smile. They add value with an astute suggestion, or say something appropriate and funny, or multitask cleverly to keep things moving for everyone efficiently. And the fish has always been perfect.

Good quality fish(halibut) & chips. Turn around was quick. Staff was friendly and efficient. Very clean and bright. Local driven clientele.
Fresh seafood, big crabs, good candied and smoked salmon. Friendly staff. Parking is a bit small.
Ordered the halibut, chowder and the popcorn shrimp. Sauce is heavenly and seafood is very fresh. Will definitely come back each time in Victoria!!!
Not a bad selection of fresh and frozen, cold & hot smoked filets, other seafood, stews and fish, crab, & halibut cakes, salads to go & delicious fish and chips too! Like coming here. Everyone is super friendly.
I like this place. It’s in a convenient location, has a patio and always good service. Also not too crazily priced since it’s fresh seafood. I will say this however, I’ve had food from here a few times now and it’s never been amazing. Particularly the chowder, which I will tolerate since I love chowder, but it’s certainly not as good as I’d expected from a specialty seafood joint. The fish n chips is also just decent quality but not amazing. Certainly good in a pinch if you’re looking to satisfy some seafood cravings - just don’t expect to be blown away.
