Pretty sad Thai food. The som tam salad had more carrot than papaya. The pad Thai sauce is like ketchup, and there were three tiny pieces of boiled chicken. The noodles were clumpy. It was tasteless.I wanted to love this place after trying it twice, but honestly it’s just overpriced and bland. If you want good Thai, the only real option is Sookjai.

Fantastic food, personal favorites are the Massaman Curry, Pad Thai and Drunken Noodle - This is the real deal!

Appears to be a hidden gem. Deep within darkest Oak Bay, at Estevan Village, is probably Vancouver Island's best Thai restaurant. The pad thai was great, and the chili-basil stir fry was very tasty. Portions are human sized.

The food was so good here!! We loved the pad thai and yellow curry.

My family had a great time at Nohra Thai. The green curry was flavorful. The sticky rice was delicious. The owner even came out to check how we were doing and offered my twoKids free ice cream which were so tasty!!!

This place simply hits the mark for everything! Cozy little restaurant, passionate service and simply delicious food. This is probably the best Thai food I have had outside of Thailand and you can tell that all the flavours are built up from scratch. We are so lucky this place is just over a kilometre from where we live as we have stumbled home happy, full and a bit tipsy more than a few times. Undisputed champion of Thai cuisine in Victoria.

Absolutely delicious, everything had fresh complex flavours. The service was great, the menu designed with passion and thought. The only downside was didn't have room for dessert. Definitely recommend for anyone in the mood for some good Thai food!

We visited Nohra Thai Kitchen today May 1st. Since it was a pleasant day, we sat outside. The waiter was very friendly and efficient. We ordered a noodle dish and green curry. Upon arrival, the chicken in the green curry seemed a little tough. When we mentioned it to our waiter, our dish was wisked away, and a completely newly prepared green curry was brought. The owner personally checked in with us to make sure that we were satisfied. The flavours otherwise were delicious. We would go back.

Had a lovely evening. Enjoyed my company. Our server was wonderful, friendly and accommodating. Great ambiance. Dinner, however was disappointing. I ordered medium, it came out too fiery to be enjoyable. Our server was keen to try again. The second time it came out with zero heat and no extra topping as we had originally ordered (tofu). Flavours, ingredients, or portions didn't seem to equate with the prices. $24 for a small bowl of ground chicken, small lump of sticky rice, and generous heap of grated lettuce, carrots and beets to make up for the protein shortfall. I love a bit of bling in my Thai dishes. This was fine but not a place I'd return to as there's many places that do Thai really well. This was not it.

Every since I had a lung transplant, I cannot tolerate spice. Which means that many the foods I loved have become inaccessible. We are visiting our old home & staying down the street from Nohra. We decided to try Nohra as it offered a “no spice” level that we’ve never seen before. Our dinner was the best Thai food we have had since we moved from Victoria. Lovely presentation even in take out boxes. The curries were phenomenal & the Vegetable Stirfry was so delicious. Thank you for such a wonderful meal. Our new favourite.
