Drive thru was reasonably fast. Service was efficient, but not friendly.Fries were ridiculously terrible. McDonald's typically has consistently good fries, but these were 1 star fries. At least the rest of the food was decent.Large number of unhoused people in the area, so if this makes you uncomfortable, this is not the location for you.
I took my granddaughter to the pandora st McDonald's yesterday. The food was excellent and the staff was efficient but not friendly. This would have not been a problem. There were 3 people passed out sleeping on the benches. I mentioned this to staff but they did nothing. My granddaughter was frightened and we left.

Curbside, waited over 30 minutes for an order. Never received my food. Couldn't reach anyone at the after hours window and the door was locked (safety reasons, I get it) so I waited till the drive thru wasn't busy to inquire about my food. They had no idea and attempted to charge me a second time for my order. I had to show them my receipt (fair) and they quickly pumped out some food, but not before chastising me for using the drive through. The food I ended up with was also completely different than my order. Probably won't go back despite living down the street. 2 stars instead of one because I get that it is a rough area of town and a pretty demanding job because of that. This is also just a cathartic, hunger fueled rant because I am fully aware no one reads a review for McDonald's and nothing will come of it.
I have been to this close by location 3 times in the last 5 days for brekkie and each order has been wrong. But they don't mind making sure I'm charged properly. But I'm sure charging full price and giving 1/2 incorrect orders goes to their profit .
This was the worst fast food experience of my entire life. I just wanted some burgers and I got beefed by the lady in the drive through. I was so hungry and could not get any food which caused me so much pain and suffering. I hate this McDonald’s.
Walked over to pick up some dinner, the doors were locked and there was just a window which said I had to download an app to order. Stood outside for about 10 minutes downloading the app and couldn't get it to work so I left.On my way home I called to make a complaint and the person I was speaking with hung up. Absolutely ridiculous. Never going back there.
Empty inside. The Server did not even acknowledge my presence. I've been standing in front of the counter for almost 10 mins. I broke the silence by asking him if I can order inside. There is no costumer service.
I like this location. The atmosphere and the many different kinds of people here really makes it a nice place. ?
Decent McDonald's in the worst part of the city. Located directly across from a former tent city and Victoria's premier open air drug market. Drive through is the best option.
