I happen to love 2 of their smoothie flavors equally. I always ask for a small size of each, put together in one large cup. It seems to cause a lot of confusion and some locations have refused my order. This time however, it was PERFECT! Not only did they understand what I wanted, they actually took the time to blend both flavors as if they were one! Not sure how they did it, but it was awesome! Thanks guys :)
my friend and i have been consistently going to this mcdonalds since we moved close to it in 2019. We most usually get a young lady named Primrose and she is AMAZING! She absolutely goes above and beyond every time she serves us and i hope she's being compensated for it!
This location usually is fast..and usually gets it right. Sometimes it's a bit dirty, and sometimes there is heavy use by homeless people. But on this occassion...the 'Uptown' location was very pleasant.... wish they would REOPEN the kids playzone though....as pandemic winds down
At this McDonald's the food always tastes fresh unlike at other branches on Vancouver Island. However, in our both visits, it happened that our orders were missing something. Play area was also closed even though covid restrictions were lifted. Overall, it was a positive experience
Ordered a coffee this morning. It tasted like there was soap in it. I called to let them know and asked them to call back to acknowledge error (didn't rinse their pot and or machine after soap, or something). They never called back. I went back after work and told them again and the manager rolled her eyes at me so I asked for a refund. Why roll your eyes at me when it is your guys mistake? Ridiculous.
Probably the worst McDonald's I've been to. I want to know how McDonald's Canada let's this franchisee get away with only putting half a slice of cheese in a fillet of fish burger. And the fries are so salty as if they dropped an entire bag of salt on them. Absolutely terrible. Don't go to this location.
I was served by Hiroko, she is great team member.I was visited this location many time. When ever she work on front counter handover the drink and food she always smile and always seen with positive energy.She is very good at the customers service. Best of luck keep the good work.
I really don't like to complain (especially about fast food) but two days in a row, they've disappointed me.Yesterday, i ordered a coke and was given diet coke, which isn't bad in itself, but I'm allergic to artificial sweeteners. I was told by the employee that it was not diet coke even after he passed it to me and said it was diet coke. Today my entire order was cold.Can you guys please try a bit harder? It sucks to pay for cold food and drinks that can make me very ill.
Guy Order taker in drive thru literally ignore you when you ask for a change of order in the first window.Then, its my first time to get a honey as a condiments for a chicken nuggets.
I find that the burger's are never hot most of the time they are barely warm!! The fries are hit and miss if you get them fresh they might be ok if they don't loose the salt shaker on them. What happened to their standards.
