Well prepared food (some locations just throw sandwiches together, but these look appetizing!), fast considering how busy they are, and friendly staff. The board that tells you what orders are being served/prepared could be more precise because my order was ready 5 minutes after my number disappeared, but aside from that, and no public restroom (it's downtown with lots of vagrants nearby) it's a great location!
Spoke to a wonderful lady whose name was Karen. She worked there and was very helpful. The store was clean and the food was hot,and fast.
Terrible location for skip and doordash drivers. They do not prioritize the orders and you will always be waiting an excessive amount of time. I've Had to cancel my order while waiting in the lobby for an excessive period of time on 3 different occasions

Whether it's busy or not our orders always seem to be missing an item. I know I should check before I leave but forget since I'm usually in the drive through and am trying to go so the next person can get through. It's really bad paying for stuff we don't get and I really shouldn't have to check the bag every single time I go.
Was pretty good but won't be going back anymore. I work late hours and had been going through the drive thru a few times a week around 1am. It would usually always be the same rotation of staff of 3 guys. They were all nice every time since I became a regular. One night I decided to tip one of the workers 20$ and told him to split it with the other guy working. He refused to take it, I begged him to take it. We went back and forth for a minute and he wouldn't accept it. There was a line behind me so I tried handing him the bill and he wouldn't grab it so it blew away in the wind. Such a waste. I used to work at a wendys and tim hortons decades ago and would be ecstatic if someone tipped me anything.. You go out of your way to be nice and get it thrown in your face. Honestly left me extremely annoyed and made me stop going. 20$ in the trash because a worker couldn't be grateful and say thank you. Won't be tipping fast food workers anymore that's forsure..
Good meeting spot. I oddly like the coffee more than any other place.
Tried to come here last night after a late flight back into Victoria. We arrived before midnight and everything was locked up. After watching us for a number of minutes as we were trying to work out what was happening, a staff member who was sitting very casually inside finally poked his head out to tell us they were closed (even though their hours on the front door are clearly listed as open until 12am).Their supposedly "24/7" drive through was also closed, with cones blocking the entrance. So beware that the hours listed on their door & Google profile are completely inaccurate (and that staff are seemingly closing the store well before they actually should be doing so).
Poor, do better McDonald’s. I wanted a nice cold coke but received a watered down, flat, minimally iced coke. Night is ruined. Pure devastation.
Little cozy space with the usual McD vibe. Well cleaned and not too busy so wait time wasn't so bad. I guess that depends on time of day. Ample parking space and access. Machine ordering worked as it should. And of course, meal did taste great.
