Super slow drive thru during the night. The worker never said hello so your left sitting their wondering if anyone is even working.
Disappointing customer service. Went to pick up an order, it was 15 mins late, I patiently waited and didn’t say anything about it, but the person at the front was very rude and disrespectful. And the store is always dirty with tons of water on the floor at all times! The location is convenient but one of the staff member is just too bad and shouldn’t be working at front.
I ordered a mcdicklepickle as it said on the menu but they gave me a half eaten apple pie! It was wet and slimy to pick up, if only I had a picture.2/5
Found a long hair inside the cup, so disgusting, this used to be my favourite McDonald’s in town. ????
On several occasions they delete the queue number right away and forget the order. The wait for getting something as simple as a coffee has varied between 5-20 minutes sometimes, as they all scrambled to prioritize online orders. It just doesn't make any sense. Someone like the cashier, or anyone really, could quickly handle coffees. Keep that classic quick in and out system for such a small order. It just makes more sense to prioritize customers who took the time to come and pay in person, and it's just so discouraging and frustrating to see so many bodies working so hard on orders for people who are just hanging out at home, while you've been waiting in line for 20 minutes to get a friggin coffee.
They close our orders as soon as they show up on the screen, causing them to forget to serve them. Yesterday I ordered a single coffee, and it took 17 minutes before I could catch someone's attention to get it, and another 3 to receive it. This was also after other, later in-store people received their orders. This is not the first time it's taken way to long to serve, but this is the worst.I get that you have to get drive-through orders done, but not at the expense of those who actually bother to show up. The wait time should be similar. If you had a drive-through person who had to wait 20 minutes for a single coffee, they would have lost their mind.When I worked at McDonalds a few years ago (different franchise owners) we would have been reemed out for closing orders early. I know it affects your numbers going to corporate, so you're deliberately boosting your ratings at the expense of your customers. I've had people at your store take my order, immediately clear it, and walk away without actually getting my one cup of coffee.Shame on the training here, shame on the managers and franchise owner for allowing this.
They never get the order right. tonight I ordered 2 cheese burgers 3 med fries 1 double 1/4 pounder 20 mcnuggets and 3 medium drinks. i received 2 meatless cheeseburgers 3 med fries 1 double 1/4 pounder 16 mcnuggets 2 drinks. I had to go back to the restaurant to get a missing cheeseburger and drink only to get home and realize no meat in the cheeseburgers and 4 missing mcnuggets. phoned manager and of course not available left voicemail and no return call. McDonalds head office need to look at this location. Save your money and go to another location. Should build condos on this location at least that would serve a purpose.
It's McDonalds. Drive-thru is good, staff do a good job. Food is what it is.
Solid nuggies, I'd rate them a solid 9/10. Fries were hot and fresh too. They included a handful of ketchup packets which I greatly appreciated. Would recommend
Worst experience ever. I went through the drive thru and I received room temperature nuggets. I returned them and 2 guys employees gave me an attitude for complaining about my nuggets. I didn't receive my ticket for my purchase either. Going to a different mcdonalds now or maybe I shouldn't go to any mcdonalds ever again. I'm so upset about this
