I loved when the chef picked up the phone and told customer to look for another sushi place if they want chicken teriyaki roll.
This is my favourite sushi place ever! It’s not an extensive menu, some special rolls, but what they do they do very well, and very reasonably priced. The tuna cowboy roll is absolute fav. I do takeout there usually once a week!
The food was good but the customer service was lacking. It's rare for me to wright even a slightly negative review however the person taking the order would let us sit in the restaurant even though it was empty and there was a wait to be seated sign. And he got upset that the kids who were behaved were standing in the lobby waiting to take out the food. Pretty unfriendly.
Only take out, no dine in. Which we didn’t mind, but it was the tuna sashimi kind of disappointing…it wasn’t defrost properly so it was still kind of frozen in the middle. Good price, though, and a huge range of menu items. Their maki and rolls were okay.
Best sushi in langford!!!
This is a hidden gem in downtown Langford. The owner is very nice and I am always happy with the service. You can’t beat the price. The dynamite roll is amazing as well as the California rolls. My only complaint is that the yam avocado roll is a little mushy and I wish there were more combos to choose from. Over all 4/5 stars!
Best sushi on the island! Go here if you want quality and consistency. I've been going here for years now and I've never been disappointed.
9.5/10 taste, 9.5/10 price. Best sushi in Victoria now that Chikara sushi is closed.
such a great little restaurant my partner and I had a great meal tonight got the miso soup, tempura pawn rolls: spice call, bc, unagi, dragon had lovely flavours combo I would have had picture of the great presentation but I just could not help eat up such a great meal!! high recommended place, lovely shop owners and will be back again!!
My favourite sushi spot in Langford! The owner is very nice, the fish is always fresh and the prices are affordable!
