Stopped in for a milk tea this evening and was pleasantly surprised with the smoothness of the Empress Milk Tea. There are options to choose a split cup to try out two separate flavours. Staff is helpful, informative and friendly. Would be back.

Came here for the first time and ordered a brown sugar tea. Absolutely amazing, loved it and the atmosphere and energy of the store is great. Bright lights makes it inviting. Would return.

Went here for the first time and was really impressed with the flavors. Got the brown sugar boba and the dalgona brown sugar boba. The price was really good and the taste was great. I got less sugar and less ice in mine and it was delicious. I’m more of a coffee drinker and they had a couple coffee options which I also would love to try because they look great. The interior is also very clean and a great place to hangout as they have board games and charging ports in the back. Would revisit if I’m ever in the area.
Great place, they don’t put as much sugar in their drinks like other bbt places so a welcome change from the norm. Staff are friendly and efficient defiantly recommend.

I am a huge fan of bubble tea and this is by far my favourite spot in Victoria!!! The store is beautiful and a really fun spot to hangout on a rainy evening with friends, they even have jenga and uno to play at the tables. Highly recommend!!! And when I don’t know what to order the staff always recommends a banger :)
I went to Loyaltea on their grand opening, and it has become a regular spot for me and my partner for years now. I like the Mango Shake, but I recommend the Signature Tea to all of my friends who are going for the first time. Loyaltea has a-lot of different drinks so make sure to ask the staff about the options!
