Pros:- Customer service is excellent.- The server was very attentive, and swift.- The food was very delicious, it is worth the money.- You can adjust spicy level of a dish.- Parking lot has decent amount of space.Cons:- The place seems small. So you won't find a seat if you come at busy time. There are very limited tables.Note:- Let the server know before taking a seat- Checks your vaccine status with their mobile device and your ID as mandated by Government- Washroom is for customers only.- Food is cooked fresh so you may need to wait a bit.- Their Thai Iced tea is pretty good.- They have Hand Sanitizer Dispenser at the entrance
I’m local, love this restaurant. Best Thai restaurant in town. This could be the busiest Thai restaurant that there are so many people are ordering from it. All the food was great, except one skinny server was just rude. Her attitude was like “I don’t care” about your feelings. She doesn’t know about proper standard of serving. On the other hand, a 30s server was super passionate about this work and it made me think she must be one of the owners of this restaurant.Anyways, back on the food. Kua Gai noodle is this restaurant’s special, which you can never get in other little Thai place, is the best. That’s a every time pick, with the combination of something else/new to make a full meal.I suggest this restaurant to locals and tourists and new comers.

Love this place on Shelbourne, friendly and professional. Been 3 times and always treated well, quick and friendly. I generally order the PAD THAI GOONG, enough for 2 people or 2 meals and delicious depending on how much you eat. Recommended and one of my favorite places. Practices covid safety.
Ordered pad thai here and it was ready so quickly! Lots of food for a reasonable price. The cashier was also really friendly and gave us extra peanuts and lime for free! Only complaint is the tofu, it’s a bit spongy and doesn’t taste very good. Other than that it was a great experience!
Really tasty food and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I really appreciate their attention to food sensitivities. They make sure my meal is vegetarian and exclude any oyster sauce, ect.
Love their Pad Thai and Red Curry, both of which can be made vegan. They have always been super friendly and quick. Can only recommend!
Good food BUT i just hate when im ordering for take out, the lady keeps asking me if im wanting to pick up at the SHELBOURNE location. I understand some ppl go to the wrong location but 98% of us are competent and know what were doing. Repeatedly confirming if im picking up at the SHELBOURNE location is so annoying and a waste of time for both sides. Yes as a customer whose been ordering here for years and in their computer system, u would think they would know that i know that im suppose to go to the SHELBOURNE location. Sorry rant over. SHELBOURNE right?

Our to-go Thai takeout place! You must try their green curry with eggplants, so tasty! And their sweet spicy fish dish never disappoints us. I wouldn't recommend pad Thai unless you dine in. Instead, try the pad sew in soya sauce dish for takeout.
