We preordered online 18 PIECE BUCKET AND 5 LARGE SIDES, for $55 and change with a popcorn chicken for $11 and change.Total on my Visa was $73.06We asked the Gentleman at the counter for plates and cutlery, he was NO Gentleman! He growled at me and threw them at me.Upon arrival at our picnic destination, we come to find we were given a 12 PC bucket NOT 18, no lg gravy, and the corn was cold like it was pulled straight from the fridge!I called the store immediately and it went unanswered. After 5 attempts I gave up.After trying the store again today and again getting no response I am reaching out in this manner.I am thoroughly unimpressed. I am also reaching out to the Better Business Bureau in our area in this regard.EDIT:Called back today phone was answered! I asked to speak with the Manager, the phone receiver was tossed on or under the counter where I could hear everything and was ignored/on hold for 16mins before I gave up up and hung up.I then called the Customer support #, told them everything I stated here. I was given Head Office's # which I am calling next.
This is the first ever KFC that we were disappointed with. We ordered the bucket of chicken and the taste was bland. Even the gravy has no taste..Seems like they don’t put seasoning on their chickens.. Their drive thru is also closed.
So I just had an exciting trip to kfc order my food got 3 meals go to eat a see the the chicken strips are the size of my pinky an yge frys were solid as bone everything I had ordered was cold so I went in to get my order refunded an they told me it's against there policy to give refunds an that they would give me a piece of chicken to taste before I make another purchase so I ask them to just make it fresh for me an they said they can't do that either they can only make 2 sandwiches im livid with this establishment do not eat at this location they will serve you cold chicken tryed to get ahold of corporate an they just give you the run around so done with kfc!!!!!
I have been waiting for half an hour in their drive through. The intercom does not work and you have to order right at the till and kills time. Also I feel no body knows what they are doing
Not sure what they are doing at this location, but they really need to step it up and take some pride in their food. It's cold and tastes bad, my wrap was very stale, and it made my significant other feel ill. Avoid this location.
KFC is not what it used to be! Tried two different locations. It's just lost its pizzazz! Doesn't even taste the same s it used to.
Horrible they are ripping us off its not kfc if they do not use the kfc recipe tosaysexperience . No ice. No gravy and then chicken was plain flour dipped. Why are they even open if they do not have the 11 herbs and spices. 35 bucks wasted and phone taken off the hook so can't call to complain. everyone in my house is disappointed and the dog will not eat this junk .
My experience with this restaurant both in terms of this specific location as well as the overall company and corporation has been unbelievably bad. The problem is them repeatedly not giving me what I ordered when I order it and I think over five times now arriving home with basically an order that kind of looks like mine but it's missing items and outright has just switched some items for others. A couple times its been explained to me that the food that I ordered wasn't there so they kind of thought of what could maybe substitute for it and sent me that. They never called me to see what I would like or refunded me for the stuff that they didn't have. They just sent me some other stuff. This didn't work out for me cuz the stuff they sent me wasn't stuff that people who I was feeding wanted so a bunch of food went on eating despite me paying for it all. Again this has happened over five times in the last year.When I finally decided to complain about it and see if there's something I could do better to solve this going forward the management and customer service team at the store basically told me there was nothing I could do and I had to just hope that they had the food I ordered when I ordered it. I tried to place a complaint on their website but the form was broken and wouldn't allow me to fill it out. When I called their corporate order line the 800 number, thee person who answered the phone was very condescending and refused to offer any help or let me speak with their manager and just repeatedly would put me on hold that would eventually hang up on me.There's awesome fried chicken places all over Victoria I highly recommend you try out somewhere like chicken 649 or Thunderbird chicken or Popeyes. Every one of those places is superior to Kfc on Douglas, and perhaps more importantly they treat their customers with dignity and respect.
Order literally took like 45 mins for just a burger and the cashier is rolling her eyes on me. Food wasn’t even that hot so idk if they were just hanging out in the backNever again going here
