A great place for breakfast! My buddy and I almost in a fight here because they were taking walk in reservations and leaving patrons in the front lobby. Luckily my buddy didn't catch the five knuckle shuffle and we enjoyed the breakfast waffles.They gave us complimentary bread to start and the ambience was really nice. A delightful breakfast with a rollercoaster of emotions to experience.
Don’t need to sleep on this, Baby baby. Their Meatloaf ‘N’ Eggs are Bat Out Of Hell delicious.I was debating whether I wanted meatloaf for breakfast. ? Sooo glad I did. It was so good.The Old Couple was also very good. A different version of Chicken Waffle with cream cheese syrup. ??Waitress was super friendly and kept our coffee cup full.Will definitely be back.

What a lovely brunch restaurant! We arrived on the early ferry from Vancouver and were famished. There are lines, but they move fast. The hostess taking people's names was kind and friendly. I didn't mind waiting a little because it gave me a chance to take in all the decorations. There were servers roaming around making sure everyone's water and coffee were topped up. That's amazing service! Our waitress Charol was fun and attentive. I was happy to see several vegetarian and vegan options. They offer a hearty vegan patty to replace bacon/ham/sausages. It's made of (I think) quinoa, lentils, and sunflower seeds. We ordered John's Free Run Original and Huevos Rancheros. Omg the plates are huge! The portion of bacon was generous and not overcooked. The home fries are perfectly seasoned and delightfully crispy. We also ordered a side of oat milk lattes. I chugged my lavender London fog it was so yummy. Charol was impressed we finished our plates ? You know a place is good when there are lots of local regulars.

Amazing food and very good service from all the lovely staff - thanks for looking after us for 5 breakfasts this week. Whatever we ordered, from Patrick’s Maritime breakfast (full English) to lemon and blueberry waffles to the best pancakes ever! The food was always delicious. The restaurant is always busy so be prepared to queue a bit during busy times (we never queued before 9.15 am) but if you do have to queue it’s worth it).

I had a great lunch with my wife and daughter. It was Ukraine Solidarity Day for me. Excellent Pirogies with Ukrainian sausages. There’s always something on their very varied menu to try.
