Went to Jacks last night, Mothers day. Busy as all get out. Could not believe the take out orders this place pumps out. Even a line up for a bit to pick up. they had three drivers going full steam. We thought "oh we could be here for awhile". Not the case. Justin took out drink and food order and was back within 5 mins serving us out egg rolls. A tad greasy but very flavorful. We have BBQ pork chow mien, beef and snow peas and pan fried shrimp. Wow we were very happy. food was hot and fresh. We have ordered in to from here but enjoy going out as well. Jacks is our new "go too place" Justin nailed the service and was super friendly. Recommend it! Note: please clean the red kitchen door, doesn't look good to customers sitting at table 7

We have being going to this restaurant for years as they don't deliver the 15 minutes to our place. Last evening we placed an order over $80 for 6 different dishes. We were so disappointed in the containers and the amount of food we received. The old containers were 10" and the new containers are 6". The quality of food was also very disappointing! I called to complain the next day and the restaurant seemed to care less. Disgusting customer service. I would NOT recommend this establishment, spend your money and support another restaurant.
Took a family group for a birthday. Wonderful food, consistently good on takeout. Fine service. Worth over ordering because of lovely take home containers.
We have for many years gone to Jack's for Chinese food. The food is always hot, fresh and tasty, we have never ever had a complaint. The service is amazing and is run by some of the nicest people that I have ever met. If I could give 10 stars I would. My only go to place for Chinese food in Victoria.

We have been ordering from Jack’s for at least 10Years now and the food always taste great and fresh . It is the fastest place in town to order for delivery no matter the weather time of evening..Try them out..
