I went there for all you can eat and they served me and at the time of payment it was 40 dollars they were chrging me for leftovers and I said okay I can take it as togo if I have to pay for it. They refused to give me and they said you have to finish or pay for it.The lady was so rude and she was ordering me. Seriously I am paying 40 dollars plus taxes and you are talking about food wastage and being so rude. I dont recommend this 40 dollars all you can eat offer and food was okay
The restaurant looked very aesthetic and intriguing, however the service was not up to par. We ordered appetizers, but our main dish came first. On top of that, it took about 45 minutes just to make 3 sushi rolls (note: they didn't even give us sushi eating plates/soya sauce bowls until half-way of us eating on the main sushi platter). They served the main dish and noticed 10 minutes later that we needed serving dishes. I had asked for tea as well, and it came another 10 minutes later with them informing me that the "appetizers" will come later. The food was decent, although they really should be on top of servicing their tables and checking in. Waiting for about 50 minutes in total to which I cancelled on waiting for my appetizers is not nice :). (many of them had passed by and didn't checked in for tea/food eta/dishing plates).Poor service, decent food, okay price.
Went here for a date night. Sushi was great. Service was friendly. Definitely recommend.
We love this place. The sushi is great. The tempura is also great. Haven’t tried much of the other items. Only thing is that sometimes they can be slow and bring the food out in an awkward order, but I think it’s well worth it. They also took the time to reassure me that they don’t use peanuts here so that is always awesome.
This used to be one of my favourite places to eat the food is great but since the pandemic all their focus seems to go to take out and the dine in customers get shafted. The food is still great but it would be awesome if I didn’t have to wait an hour for it to get to my table and be wanting to leave before it arrives. Furthermore it’s impossible to find a waiter/waitress to help you they just stand by the front and twiddle their thumbs. They will genuinely leave you for an hour without checking on you. Terrible customer service, and I’m really upset because I enjoyed going to this place but I probably won’t again anytime soon, this has happened to me 3 times now.
Piano music was too loud. Service wasn’t great. Saw a mouse wandering the restaurant. Atmosphere is nice without the music. Food is decent

WOW. I didn't even eat there but I absolutely won't.I went there to grab a water bottle for my girlfriend, she was super thirsty and not feeling well, they didn't have bottles so I asked for a glass of water in a to go cup or something, the server came back with a small soup bowl and was like "I'll charge you 50 cents not for the water but for the to go container" !! I was like ok.I just wanted the get the water!!And then she left again and came back being like "actually I have to charge you 75 cents because the machine minimum limit is that!!!I was in a shock, I paid 75 cents for a sip of tap water. Not for the money but this is A) not humane, like for real.B) the worst costumer service/making you can provide.I really hope that this gets addressed and changed, no restaurant should hold this standard. WOW....
Incredible slow service. Almost an hour and half for an order of 3 items. It would have been fine if the tuna and salmon was fresher.
