Worst experience. The staff was not professional at all. Specially a long white haired guy was very disrespectful and talked to us in a bit offensive manner. He could’ve said his issue in a politer manner. More professionalism can be used.
my elderly parents spent three night in this establishment,room was never cleaned or linens changed at all in that time,coffee was never replaced ,asked for towels on second night and never recieved them,even ran out of toilet paper that was never refilled for the whole time,their bill was over $800 and thats the treatment they get.When i called for answers and the number for head office i was told they dont have the number and they were so sorry,ya right.This place deserves a 0 out of 5,i highly recommend you spend your hard earned money elsewhere,you deserve better ,i certainly will find a number for head office and express my disgust .0 /5 0/5
Rooms were big, but front desk staff was AWFUL. Felippe tried to upcharge us when we checked in AND when we checked out even though we already confirmed with him that we secured our room rate online and showed him documentation to confirm. If we knew we were going to be dealing with such rude staff, we would've stayed elsewhere.
I never leave 1 star negative reviews but this place deserves it, I will never stay at a Howard Johnson ever again. Me and my family got checked in at 3 pm and was leaving for a new hotel by 5 pm. The first room we got checked into had hair in the bed and the overall condition of the room was poor. The front desk was nice enough and had us moved to a new room, only for it to be just as dirty in the bed and the overall room. We called the general manager the next day about it only to get unprofessional and rude answers from her. ??from me
Our room smelt of mould. The door wouldn’t properly open or close. The room was described as a family suite but there was only one room and a fold out couch that was hammock like in shape. The hot tub was broken. The whole building is so run down. We were told it would be demolished soon. We paid more than $800 for 3 nights and when we left after one night we were told we would have to pay anyway. The clerk was so rude and dismissive and did nothing to help us at all. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in as long as I can remember.
Great customer service! Very accommodating for us and our pup. The two gentlemen at the front desk were very helpful and understanding.Will certainly be staying here again. Thank you!
Suites here are clean and spacious. Microwave and fridge in room.Unfortunately this particular location fell short on a number of levels.1. The front desk staff, Yukti, did not go above and beyond and getting answers and basic information from her was like pulling teeth.2. The hot tub was not operational.3. The restaurant attached to the hotel had the same chefs special every day of the week for the week we were there.4. When we asked for extra towels we did not get them. We had to ask again and we got attitude.5. There were no amenities in our room. No books or magazines about Victoria or various things to do there.6. There was no menu in the room for room service and sadly no minibar.
The staff have been nice so far day 1. It's close to a lot of things. Only issue I had was the rooms on first floor didn't have enough lighting but otherwise a great stay. Ample parking available as well.
Hotel is always neat & clean. They provide everything right away upon request. We really love the service provided by the hotel. Its always amazing to chat with Yukti & Darren @ the front desk. Thanks for providing us best service. Special Thanks to the front desk again.
