I tried their food today and I really liked it. The cashier was really nice and the flavour of the food I tried was lovely. I dont remember the name but it had noodles, beef, broccoli mainly. I will definitely come back. Thanks for your service.

I really liked the food and freshness. It is very cost effective and tasty. I will definitely be returning.

Quick service and friendly and polite staff, clean place. The sushi tasted fresh and good but the appearance was not great. For the price they are charging I would love to see them get better quality tuna, wasabi that isn’t from a tube, and the white pickled ginger instead of the … pink

We tried quite a number of maki and nigiri here, plus the chicken udon and beef teriyaki. Really enjoyed the miso soup, the nigiri wasn't the best presentation-wise but it tasted really clean and the rice texture was very nice. The maki was also a bit rough but tasted good. The yam rolls are not tempura style, btw. Our 2 year old loved the teriyaki and I thought the chicken udon was really satisfying. It's sweet but also very savoury/umami. One of the better mall food options imo.

This is usually one of my favourite places to get quick sushi and I go quite often, but lately we have ordered avo yam rolls and the yam has been all dried and shrivelled in some of the rolls. Like end bits on an old yam that they should have thrown away but they serve instead. It's really off putting. Hopefully they can get their quality control in order so I can enjoy again soon, because when they do a good job, it really is great sushi.

Good service but had the worst sunomumo salad. Far to much vinager

Pretty meh sushi- I got the veggie combo and the yam tempura tasted more like just baked yam, not actually tempura, the tofu pockets were good but the avocado roll was also disappointing. If it was super cheap it would have been fine but since it wasn’t, I think I’ll stick with Oak Bay Bon Sushi, which is incredibly tasty and good value. The staff members at Hiro were super sweet though so not an all around bad experience just not great.

Amount of food is really too small like Chicken or beef don.

Their chicken ramen gave my spouse a food poisoning (our weekend was ruined as the result of it). It was easy to tell what caused this sickness since he threw up that chicken ramen several hours later. This pretty much sums up everything I have to say about this place.

The worst experience ever. My husband ordered a chicken ramen, and I got a chicken teriyaki. My portion was relatively cheap, but tiny and it did not have any visible veggies or mushrooms (a few pieces of carrots and onions, and two tiny broccoli is what they call veggies over there). Edo (right in the Food Court area) offers the same dish in a much better quality. However, my husband got it the worst and ended up throwing up in the evening. The weekend was ruined as the result of it. It was the chicken ramen which caused this food poison (since it all went out in the evening, it was easy to tell). Beware of this place and stay away from it if you don't want to repeat this experience.
