Our favorite go-to for fast,fresh,nourishing and delicious meals. We always go for wraps or bowls. We order regularly and have never been disappointed. Fair veg substitutions at no extra cost is always appreciated. Fast & friendly service always as well. I hope they eventually get to open more locations as we love it so much and would grab it everywhere we go.
Delicious salads, wraps and smoothies made with real ingredients - I can't wait to try them all! Wish my home-made salad dressings were as good as Fresh Coast's (now I see I can buy them in store!). My favs are Moss Rocks, Juan de Fuca, Barbacoa and An Bang Beach.Also, I love how environmentally responsible Fresh Coast is as most of their takeaway is compostable.Healthcare workers would love to see you open a second location at the Royal Jubilee or vicinity ? (like Oak Bay Ave).FYI - Tim Hortons RJH and VGH is closing and we would love to have fresh healthy meal options nearby ??
Some days the salads are fresh and delicious but other days they are just flat. They need to before consistant
I have lots of dietary restrictions, preferences, and cravings are Fresh Coast never disappoints.. Plus they're open late enough for me to actually go there when so many other health oriented food places are long closed
Great healthy quality ingredients, generous portions, and friendly staff. Excellent vegan options! The almond curry dressing is ridiculously tasty.. fully recommend this place.
Why does it take 20 mins to make a smoothie? This is why I order online so I don’t have to wait. And why is it always wrong? Get it together fresh coast. I tip for no reason
Great food and staff. They take being celiac seriously and offered to use another room and different gloves to make my salad. I didn't ask them to do this, they offered. Very kind, thoughtful staff. And their salads and dressing are amazing. My go to when I'm in that part of town.
The food has been excellent and the service is just fine. The price is higher than you might expect. It's a good spot, and I am somewhat of a regular.
Very impressed with the food and service. My work ordered lunch from skip the dishes. They ended up forgetting my bowl but they quickly noticed and hand delivered it themselves and even threw in a complimentary chocolate bliss ball. The salad was delicious.
Smoothie was good, refreshing. I had the Juan de Fuca wrap which was fine I let it sit for a few hours so it might have been better if I had eaten it right away
