this was my first experience at Floyd's and I think it's my new addiction! the food was ridiculously delicious! the portions are HUGE! I am one happy girl! stuffed and satisfied for sure!! highly HIGHLY recommend!! the GM was our server and Brie you were outstanding! ?
Food was warm by the time it arrived and the wait time was quite long. As for the taste, it was a very good experience, very savory meal i would say. Went for brunch with friends and it was enjoyable. The diner has a very wonderful atmosphere which was a plus and the menu had lots of great options.
I understand places being busy and never make judgments against a place because of it but today I had the worse service and food! Tables that were seated after our table of 3 were eating and finishing while we were still waiting. Brunch should not take 3 hours most of that waiting for a seat and our simple meals.The food was seriously lacking and the server finally came to see how the food was when we were almost done so were only able to tell them we were missing the strawberries our daughter waffles was supposed to come with. We will never be back!
Food was excellent! I ordered the Mahoney and they do not hold back on portion sizes! Absolutely worth the price! Service was great too! I'm from out of town but will definitely come back here again!
After stating it would be a 30-minute wait to get in (perfectly fine) we were evebtually seated after 60 minutes. It then took a full 20 minutes to take our order and another 40 minutes to receive the food. Zero offers for refill on the coffee while waiting. That's fully 2 HOURS waiting for food here, while a third of the tables sat empty and no less than THREE parties got their food before us despite being seated WAY after us. On top of all that, the food was not great and they got my daughter's order wrong but never came back to the table so no chance to get it fixed. Floyds used to be an awesome dining experience. Not anymore. My family will not be back.
Mediocre at best. Fish was hot and fries were cold. Batter was dark, possibly old oil, flavourless. Absolutely poor beer selection. Took 6 + minutes to get a second beer fom the time i put down the empty glass and only three tables! Two servers were on staff to be clear.This place is probably all about the breakfast, so I hear..? I would surmise this place is frequented by locals with no sense of developed taste buds... One ring above Macdonalds at best. I must admit it does have a cool layout and fun atmosphere. I should check out their breakfast menu and update my review if warranted. Cautiously optimistic..
Great people providing great service. Breakfast plate was plentiful and tasted good.
Have not been to that Floyd's dinner before ( location). I will admit it is a very nice little setup ,roomy, and as usual they don't disappoint on good tasting good that is for sure. I had breakfast there, it was the Moroccan chicken Benny. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised on how well the everything flowed together. The right spice's for the chicken. It was not spicy, it was just the right amount. The chutney that was in top went well with the eggs and of course the chicken. I would most likely order it again. As most people would the portion sizes for there meals are really worth the money. So if anyone is looking for a good breakfast joint Floyd's dose it right.
Food was great. Great burger one of the best ones around. Server was ok she seemed more interested in other tables than ours. But for the owners just put the price up 4% rather than include that on the bill as another service fee.
Love the menu, loads of unique and flavourful choices with creative titles! Fun atmosphere and great music!
