Truly amazing customer service, I was surprised to experience the most pleasant server who was extremely kind and helpful. the food tasted amazing and it was all priced very reasonably. Would 100% recommend.
My wife loves hot pot so we decided to try this place while visiting Victoria. The food ( especially the broth) was excellent. The only critique would be that they need to get some better drink variety. ideally some wine :) We will definitely come back here when we visit Victoria again.
The worst hot pot in my life.\\nI don't recommend that place, be careful about food which they serve.\\nI felt really bad after eating that hot pot. Meat was frozen and other components weren't fresh enough....
Staff was super nice. Food was good quality but still underwhelming. The choices of meats and veggies were very limiting. Each cut of meat or veggies was an additional costs. Standard sauces and condiments costs extra which was odd.

Great little place. Soup bases were super clean yet packed with flavour. Meat and veg was poppin fresh and the house made noodles really tied it all together. Also the servers went out of their way to make sure we had the best experience possible. Overall great food, great service and great prices. Perfect place to drop in on a raining cold night. Can’t wait to come back!
We had hotpot there last night \\u0026 the service was fantastic. They were very friendly, helpful \\u0026 even provided suggestions. Quantity and quality was great. I had the medium spicy sichuan and the flavour was delightful. I almost wanted to take the broth home with me afterwards. For anyone looking for hotpot, this is so far the best place in Victoria.
Service was great and the food was delicious! Lots of different broth and ingredient options, everything we tried was good. Atmosphere was nice and the place is very clean.
