I ate a plant-based California Veggie burger. It was delicious, and the place is clean and comfortable. I would only recommend a faster delivery, I had to wait a little bit more than 10 minutes. But I wasn’t in a hurry. Good luck to the restaurant!

First thing, when I arrived the place it was all flooded (no one cleaned it by the whole time I was in the restaurant 2hrs). I ordered the ultimate bbq burger and I don’t know what ingredient it was, but I wasn’t able to finish it (it was really bad). I rather going to A&W 100 times before coming back to this place.

Delicious food, loved the mini donuts

Great burger! Need to explore all the other fixings ... If you ask for no tomatoes, make sure you ask for ketchup, if you want that! They remove all tomato based things ?

Bigger (portions) and Better (tasting) than from the city I'm living in.When visiting Victoria and craving a ? burger?Definitely eat here and don't be disappointed.

There's something to be said about a burger joint that can upscale a diner-style meal so well; Fatburger one such location that does a great job at this!I've visited only two other Fatburgers before this one, and in terms of food, Victoria's definitely hits the mark. The burgers are chock full of toppings, and hit the spot when you need a giant, filling burger that won't make you feel like you just downed congealed grease and fat. The burgers taste like burgers! In terms of sides I still need to explore a little, but the fries specifically are a good addition to any meal on the menu. They're nothing fancy, but the right type for the diner-style food I mentioned. The chicken isn't bad either, and the grilled chicken sandwich is a nice, if slightly unimaginative, departure from the crispy chicken sandwich that a certain unnamed fast food joint has injected into our collective diets.Fatburger's only downfall comes in its want to do a little bit of everything. Burgers are one thing, but hot dogs, shakes, chicken and a host of other accompaniments direct resources and time to what are ultimately unnecessary additions. Not to say any of the sides are bad, but a master of one is always preferred to a jack of all trades. I think if the menu was cut down a little and focused more on the delicious smash-burgers, a lot more people could appreciate this often-forgotten fast food favorite. Cheers to Fatburger!

Really great vegetarian options. Super flavorful and huge portion. Could do with regular buns not the wholewheat ones.

As a regular customer of this franchise throughout Vancouver Island and The mainland. This particular location on Douglas Street in Downtown Victoria is a real problem when it comes to customer service by managers. Mr Manjot Chahal who is the franchise owner needs to immediately address his manager argumentative position. Of course the young lady fails to identify herself only that she is the manager??

Doordash- The cashier was really rude when i requested her- please do not press button “the order is ready”. Those are the exact words I used. she started throwing her frustration on me and threatened that she won’t give me the food. That button is not automatic as she was clearly lying and being paranoid for no reason. the cook comes at the front and asks me not to mess with staff even without knowing what just happend. Please hear when someone points out any error and feel free to shut the doordash and skip if you can’t mange orders.

Ordered breakfast today. Amazing value and the taste was incredible. Best sausages I've had in a long time. Will definitely be making this my go to breakfast place
