Been here twice now and both times were great. The place is very clean and well lit. Had about a 5 minute wait to order on the second visit. Food came out hot and the milkshake was very tasty too. Staff were nice and polite, helped my son figure out what he wanted which was pretty cool. It is a bit pricey but you do get bang for your buck and will beat clown food any day of the week, best believe ? overall a great time and great food. Definitely coming back here again
Wow. Got the Double Kingburger with free onion rings in it because I'm fat and let me tell you... this burger was hella thicc and juicy just how I like it. Plus it has over 62 grams of PROTEIN (hello gains). The poutine was LOADED with cheese and the pieces of chicken were tender and perfectly crisp on the outside. My husband and I are upset that we hadn't discovered this place sooner because we wasted time/money trying out other burger joints in town that are way more expensive and not even half as good. Do yourself a favour please and eat here if you want to feel satisfied and happy.
I had high hopes…my partner suggested here, we are both vegetarians and came to try the impossible burger, when ordering we were met with a incredibly rude lady who did not seem like she wanted to be there at all. When we got our food we both noticed there was bacon on one of the meals, my partner went back in and asked nicely to be replaced and the lady at the front again argued with him and basically insinuated he was stupid, manager was very nice about the situation and replaced the meal. Extremely disappointed with the customer service of the girl serving up front.
My boyfriend suggested Fat Burger one day last year. I’m mostly vegetarian, health food conscious and a foodie. I never eat in Fast Food restaurants, so I was sceptical.\\n\\nWow! I was impressed. Fatburgers are fresh, juicy and delicious. There isn’t a restaurant in town that can do a better burger. Even some of the most expensive Farm to Table restaurants fail miserably with their burgers. They simply don’t start out with fresh meat and they over-cook the patties. All the fancy sauces do little for a previously frozen, overcooked, dry hamburger patty.\\n\\nSince that day, I’ve become a regular. Fatburger consistently provides the same exceptional quality. Their fries are great too. They are always cooked to perfection, never stale, oily or too crunchy. The staff is friendly and fast. Thank you.
Always order takeout from here, but I’ve never dined in the store.\\nI love their mushroom burger, the portion is fair, and come with tons of mushrooms inside.\\nAnd the chicken tenders were also tasty, but maybe put the dipping sauce on the side would be better.
Not impressed that we had to argue with the employee over the loyalty card. We bought the food, your card says what it covers, we should receive the stamps without a hassle. Probably won't come back to this location if this is how customers are treated
The best customer service I've ever had today. They are my favorite place to eat. Definitely a go to for the best burgers and service.
We had the veggie burgers- they were huge, hand-made, stacked with toppings, and a very reasonable price. Staff were attentive and friendly. And I loved that there are TV's in the restaurant- feels a bit like a sports pub! We will be back
This Burger joint prides itself on freshly made burgers, using Beef that has never been frozen. I ordered the Kingburger Supreme with a side of Fries. You have to be prepared to wait a bit after ordering, as they make everything fresh as ordered. The Burger had a 1/2 LB Beef Patty (precooked weight), Cheddar Cheese, Pickles, Mustard, Relish, Red Onions and Mayo. The Burger was pretty basic, which is how I like them. I don’t like “specialty” Burgers which have too many different ingredients which hide the taste of the actual Beef Patty. The KingBurger Supreme tasted good, nothing special. It did taste fresh and it was quite filling. The Fries were also very fresh, hot and crispy. This place is better than the run of the mill fast food Burger joints, but it also costs a bit more as well. Service was good and prices were average.
My husband and I are very angry with how we were treated tonight.Talk about a double standard!!We stopped in for a bite, we both ordered a burger... mediocre at best!We both ordered a beer with our meal. We asked if we had a QR code to have a beer. We were told we can eat but no beer. A girl came in with no mask & was served, was not told to put a mask on. We asked why that was and they told us she was a regular. My husband was so angry he could not eat and asked for a refund . The girl called someone and said we would have to wait for 10 min. We left and will never be back!!!
